I don't understand why I keep going back, but since I do, like an idiot, I have to give them 2 stars. It's a guessing game every time you go. A single serving of protein is a joke; it's honestly laughable sometimes. So, automatically, you need to order double protein, and depending on the day, sometimes triple! I've tried every trick in the book. I tip well and go a lot. I feel like Oliver Twist: "Please, sir, I want some more."I don't know how or why they are always so busy. Every review here is spot on. I finally had enough and said I'm not doing it anymore. I went less than a mile away to "Taco Joe's" for the first time. I walked in, asked for a bowl with steak to see what a single serving looked like, and couldn't believe my eyes. Absolutely shocked at the portion size, I figured it was a $25 steak bowl. And, as a joke for the comparison, I asked for double steak. She then threw on a massive scoop on top of the other massive scoop, and now I thought I was looking at a $30 bowl. No lie, it was 4-5x what you get here at Chipotle. I don't know if I got lucky, and I will test this again tomorrow. I'm going to go as far as ordering from both places and weighing out the protein just for comparison. I didn't eat 30% of Taco Joe's bowl when normally I leave Chipotle hungry. But like I said, this place is always busy, so maybe it makes sense to cheat everyone out of the meat. But my recommendation here is no more playing guessing games; try out Taco Joe's.

I told myself I wouldn't eat chipotle again, but my fiance was sort of craving it. The prices for a bowl now is $12-14 , and they gave the SMALLEST pinch of meat. I asked for extra meat and they told me $5.50, I'm assuming for another pinch of meat. I said no, portions were ridiculously small and 2 bowls of mostly rice, salad and salsa cost me $26 dollars . NEVER again. Cheapskates

The rice my husband got was raw, they gave me someone else's salad bowl even after making mine in front of my husband, they somehow switched it for a totally different one. They gave my mother in law cilantro rice which she is allergic to. I do not recommend going to this chipotle.

If I was able to give 0, I would. The woman who was working on my plate(Asian)Lots of my friends and neighbors told me too about this rude lady. She was very rude and disrespectful.I asked her to put veggies in separate containers, coz my 7 y. o. likes to eat it separate. She refused and then she tried to charge me for it.Very very bad atmosphere there, cheap, smal portions.Thats the closest location.I hope they change their attitude and be more welcoming and friendly.

My kids love chipotle we have been to average chipotle location we can find where we’re going to this restaurant if you’re on the road or we are at home or just for a snack. Their menu is limited, but their food is very consistent around the states. The staff is always courteous, and the food is good I used to go to Taco Bell’s for tacos, but not anymore. This is the best taco place ever.I love their rice bowls as well just so much stuff loaded into. It is such a big meal and fill you up good .Kid-friendliness: VeryWheelchair accessibility: Yes

They always mess up your order and don't even apologize. I waited 20 minutes for them to remake 1 kids meal. Food is good when it's made right.

Hands-down this has to be the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been through a lot of them. The manager, Darren all the way down to staff nothing less than exceptional service, professionalism and atmosphere. The vibe here is different. I would actually bring a date here! This is now permanently, my favorite chipotle!!! great music good energy and again such a hard-working staff! I’m definitely proud to leave this review!

Im not one to leave bad reviews when I go to places but one thing I dislike is when people ignore me. This location is always “out of” ingredients and the staff is usually rude and very stand offish. Asked for vinaigrette dressing when I was paying and neither of the 3 workers working the register could tell me they were out of it, simply ignored me. Tables and utensils station are usually dirty. I like about a minute away from this location but I would much rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the next nearest one.

I've been to a few Chipotle's but this one is the best. Their food is always cooked well, and they move pretty quick.Parking: Have to be very careful when backing out the space isn't that large but it's manageable. People love to zoom through the parking lot.
