Never thought I would see the day, I used to love this location and I used to come here even though it is farther away but it was worth it. Every time I come now I regret it. I ordered a drink and once I heard one of the girls ask how to make it I already knew it was going to taste a little off and sure enough it did. And I wasn’t going to go back but it was just so unbearable to drink and this is coming from a person who works at Starbucks. I finally went back to get it remade and 2/3 of the girls gave attitudes in Spanish. Anyways shout out to the one girl for coming up to me and asking if I needed anything. Will be finding a new dunkin

Waiting online for a drive-through they tell me the bagel isn’t ready so they make me pull up and wait in the car for 10 minutes. The bagel still isn’t ready I had to go in and ask for it and after all that I got home open up the bagel and there’s barely any cream cheese.

Somebody needs to check their system. Every time I come late at night the workers state “the system is rebooting” I’ve come 2 days in a row and it’s the same deal. Is the system actually rebooting or the workers aren’t trying to do any work?

My first time coming here I used the drive thru to order a dozen donuts. They told me I didn’t get to choose the donuts I wanted & if I wanted to do so I’d have to go inside. The person who helped me said it’s because they have drive thru timers going & they needed to meet certain drive thru time goals. I get it. It’s ridiculous. But don’t tell a customer this! I ended up going to a different location.

I wish I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts zero stars. This is right by my house but I try not to go to this one because almost every time I go there they give me the wrong order or they mess up my order. So extremely frustrating when you pay so much for a coffee and you don’t even get what you ordered. Disappointing.

I have been here about five times and four of the five times I have had issues. For example yesterday morning I ordered a bagel with butter and received a plain bagel with no butter inside. I had to go back to return it. They did give me the correct one after. Today I ordered a crossaint toasted and it was cold. It was also really hard. The caramel ice latte tasted horrible. I got it twice and both times I had to throw it away. I’ve learned my lesson and am not going back here. The store is so pretty but it’s not worth it.
Every morning for 3 months I get a bacon egg and cheese. It’s always cold and never done right. Last few haven’t tasted right and now I’m writing to complain.

It’s a shame that such beautiful DD have the worst customer service I was there on Saturday and none of the workers didn’t attempt to acknowledge me. I was the one that approach a rude and not friendly worker which didn’t greet me or asked me how she can help me and nevertheless said thank you at the end of my transaction I felt as if I was bothering her. The whole team needs to be trained on how to treat customers.I will never visit this store again!

Great food and service.Sometimes it takes a bit to full understand my order (I don’t like milk in my coffee), and a tiny lil bag, like a finger-full, of hash browns is almost $2 (!?) nowadays but I still come here all the time for breakfast and coffee and the occasional quart of ice cream to take home. No issues, nice people just doin their job.
