The cashiers and other staff members had nasty looks on their faces and they weren't very friendly. My husband and I were greeted with a dirty look from one of the female cashiers after my husband said hi to her when we approached the counter. The staff handling the food as well as the cashiers saw us at the counter but said nothing. Finally my husband asked if somebody could help us and one of the male cashiers said that we have to order through this digital computer-like looking thing (forgot what it's called) ourselves or whatever after we been standing and waiting for somebody to help us for about 5 min until my husband took the initiative. They're very unprofessional. Their vibes were cold and their attitudes sucked! Great food, terrible staff! You need a more friendlier, professional staff ?

This place is ridiculously slow for "fast" food. I went there a while ago because I was in the area-usually go to sunrise Highway with quick service. Not here. I literally was gone for so long that my husband was texting me if I was ok. I preordered on the app & literally sat on the drive thru line WITH 3 cars in front of me for no joke a 1/2 hour. I feel bad cause I bugged out on the girl at the window but I pulled up to the window to have two backsides at my face ignoring the drive thru. This Taco Bell needs to flood and float into the great South Bay...
