The food here is pretty good but they always forget to toast everything(when you ask). So just be sure to check your food before you leave.

I work next to this place. I called and ordered from the menu. The menu I have, has specific prices listed. I ordered a grilled cheese. The menu says it's $4.99. I asked if they have a delivery charge, they said "not if you spend $15". So, I then ordered a dozen bagels, the menu said it was $13. I also asked for a tiny cream cheese. The phone clerk hung up as I was about to ask how much. I figured with tip, my order should be $20. When my delivery order arrived, my receipt said $33.10. They charged me $18 for a dozen bagels, $6.75 for my grilled cheese, $2.75 for a tiny cream cheese & $3 for delivery. I know the delivery person was not at fault, they were only the messenger. I gave her $40 & let her know how ripped off I felt. I called the business and the manager got on the phone. When I asked why they didn't tell me how much it was, he said that it was because I should've asked. When I asked why they said no delivery charge for $15 (or above) order, he said everyone gets a surcharge because gas is so expensive (Mind you, I work right next door!). Oh! & My sandwich arrived NOT grilled (not even warm!!). When I asked why the discrepancy in prices on the menu as to prices I was charged, he said my menu is two years old. When I said that they should have a practice of telling people their total when they complete the order, he said it's not his problem it's mine. I am dissatisfied on every level. I will never ever order from them again and I want everyone to know this information so that they don't make the same mistake I did. They are a total rip-off and nasty and irresponsible. when called out on it. Don't order from this place!!!

I typically love this place for their bagels and egg sandwiches, but yesterday got a chicken cutlet sandwich and it was horrific. The chicken was definitely old. I could hardly bite into it, it was hard as a rock, and was gray in color. I thought maybe one piece of chicken was bad, but I opened the entire sandwich and every piece of chicken was like this. It was like eating hard cartilage the entire time. The chicken was hard like bone. This is unacceptable. Threw the sandwich in the garbage. Chicken should not look like this!

Dumped my food in the trash as soon as I got home. Girl 1 was making someone else a sandwich and was weighing the chicken for the sandwich and was breaking pieces off with her hands and when I saw that my automatic response was "ugh with her hands" and I normally tend to think out loud without realizing it lol but I guess she heard me. Girl 1 says something to the other girl, let's call her Girl 2 and Girl 2 looks up to look at me. Girl 1 takes my order and they both go to the back and Girl 2 comes from the back and turns her head to look at me and we deadass locked eyes. It was soo suspicious the way she came out and looked at me out of ten people that were standing there so I was convinced that Girl 1 was doing something nasty to my food. Maybe it's my fault for saying something out loud which is why I didn't say anything there and didn't wanna cause a scene while I'm with my kid but touching food someone is about to eat without washing your hands is just gross. They touch everything behind the counter, the register that everyone else touches, cash and cards and have seen different employees on several occasions grab bagels with no gloves and tapping bagels (like, is this the one you want) with they're dirty a** pens. If you care about hygiene this isn't the place for you. It sucks because my son lovesss they're breakfast sandwiches but we'll be trying a different place in the area.

They're a bagel place that doesn't know how to make a bagel. Bagels are supposed to be chewy with a snappy skin. Not soft and fluffy that flatten in your hands while you hold it. What they make are, in essence, big rolls that have been boiled to give the illusion that they are bagels. More and more places have begun making their bagels like this around here bc there seems to be a demand for fake bagels from Long Islander's that don't know better. If you want a soft fluffy "bagel", they have good ones. But if you want a proper dense and chewy bagel, go elsewhere.

Bagels were significantly smaller....... but who needs those big giant bagels anyway lol. Still best bagels but I see the effects of the pandemic everywhere......

Its amazing how little they care about having a Long line. There is never any sense of urgency no matter what the situation is. They have one speed and one speed only and that is SLOW !

They severely undercook the bacon to the point where it’s inedible. This is about the 5th time I have received undercooked bacon from this place in the past 2 months. Disgusting

I was so worried reading the reviews after I ordered my egg sandwich, but it was so hot and delicious. The bacon was fully cooked and the bagel was soft and delicious.
Would not get anything from this place. Found a bug in my salad and bacon was completely raw, wasn’t even cooked

I called for a delivery and they hung up on me. I assumed it was an accident so I called back and was told they are too busy to take any deliveries and to call back in two hours If you feel it's ok to hang up on your customers don't expect them to call or come back.

My husband and I came to get breakfast, we had breakfast sandwiches with sausage in one and bacon in the other. We also had your hone fries ( potatoes). We love them bialy's the most. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.

Wish I could give less stars!!! Place is horrible. No gloves, same gloves. Bad food and seen roaches in the cookie case!!! Place has gone down hill since the current owner took over !! Bagels are inconsistent. Don't taste as good as they used to.

This is actually an AMAZING bagel place. BUT do not order delivery or through Uber Eats. My experience with them when I order at the actual store versus when I order delivery is insane. Nearly every single time I order delivery my order comes incorrectly. I understand having food delivered is a luxury but if you can't do it right then why do it at all? Usually I order turkey and Swiss on a French toast bagel toasted with butter. I'll even specify NO EGGS so there's no confusion. 9 times out of 10 it will come with eggs. Today I ordered a Monte Cristo which comes on French toast, number 30 on their menu. Instead I got deli meat and shredded cheese on a bed of lettuce. It's super frustrating, I tried calling but all I got was a busy tone. I tried reordering through the app and they are no longer receiving orders because they're busy.
