This starbucks needs some help. They have very long lines inside and their drive thru lane closed. I don’t know if it is because it is sunday, but looks like they need more people. This is the only service stop with coffee after 40+ miles, and was disappointed to see such a long wait time. 2.7325/10

HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! 3 poor girls running around like crazy trying to fulfill the insane amount of orders and trying to not lose their mind to the occasional inpatient customer..

Service was slow but it appeared to be understaffed. The drink I ordered was great but a lady at pickup was holding up the line. It seemed her order was missed. Only 3 people working both inside and drive thru.
VERY SLOW SERVICE… waited in line for about 5 minutes before anyone took my order with one person ahead of me… 5 workers just standing around talking while people standing in line waiting behind me after the lady help the guy in front of me she walked away not even taking my order…it took them about 25 minutes total to take my order and give me my two coffees.. poor service..!! 06/07/23

Does not have a QR code scanner and therefore cannot use Starbucks app. Albeit the POS system looks identical to even traditional B&M Starbucks locations. Hmm.
