Messed my order up 3 times in one transaction.asked for a frozen mocha coffee with whipped cream they gave me a frozen hot chocolate. I had them change it they gave me the same thing 2 more times.finally the women says well its because the mocchas don't come with whip cream.ok so can u make one and add whip cream to it.looks at me confused and says but they don't coke with that.had to ask her to make a frozen coffee with moccah and put whip cream on side then she says oh sure do tou want me to just put it on the coffee. I stood there looking very confused for about 2 min because thats what the he'll I wanted in the 1st place and I kept getting frozen hot chocolate because moccjas don't have whipped cream.commen sense was moot with this person

I didnt know you can stop making food 2 hours before you close? "we usually dont".....many many times they have served me at 6/630 pm so i dont know what thier excuse is but thats not a good one.

I order daily, as I work down the road. My last 3 or 4 orders, Doordash has had to refund me because this Dunkin can't be bothered to warm up a simple crossoint. I order today and call right after my order is placed to see if I can make sure my crossoint is toasted for once(I NEVER mark for untoasted, I've checked as mistakes happen) whomever answered the phone today (12/19/2023 @ around 9:50am) tried assuring me multiple times that it's impossible for my crossoint to have not been toasted multiple times in a row, even after telling her I have clear pictures of unsliced and untoasted crossoints on different occasions. Just own up to the damn mistake or just say ok, will do! Why argue? Hence why you were hung up ma'am after I said ok, thanks. No, this isn't a big deal, but quite irritating to be called a liar basically over a $3 untoasted crossoint. I tip the drivers more than that ?update! - order came, guess what?!?! STILL NEVER TOASTED, COLDER THAN OUTSIDE! Then the manager tried telling me i have to mark 'toasted and sliced" after the previous person who answered says it comes toasted unless marked otherwise. What the heck is wrong with this restaurant? I can't even order from another dunkn when I'm at work!

I usually wouldn't review a coffee shop or something that I don't spend that much time in, but this deserves a full review. I come into this coffee shop (or go through the drive through I should say) about once a week on Saturdays. Well may I just start off by saying the customer service there is awesome! Like I remember having a problem with my coffee order last Saturday and one girl behind the counter( I think her name was kamery) offered to help me out with my order. She was so kind, and made me feel heard through my concerns about my coffee. The inside of the store was clean the one time i entered and may I add, the whole staff is very productive and fast paced which helps me get home quicker!! Nice job guys! I look forward to coming back!!

I entered this location twice and was ignored by the staff...I waited and waited and waited at the front counter and nobody came even though they gazed at me from a distance. They never actually spoke to me and never took my order...So I left two times in a row with no coffee.But their bathrooms were moderately clean.

Went Dunkin on Route 57/Bayberry 9/27. Placed a mobile order. Per the app it had to be drive-thru. So that's what I did. When I got up to the restaurant I sat at the speaker for a good 5+ minutes. The employee came on and said "we're closed" I said "but I placed an order on the app" The employee stated "well we're closed and we don't have tea" -- So this tells me that they saw my order. I was like "what? you're closed? It's 5:20pm" She then started laughing at me and said "yeah we're closed" and I said "well I need a refund" She said (still laughing) "you have to get one from the app." Not an option on the app.No concept of customer service AT ALL. This wouldn't have bothered me if she wasn't so rude. And why were they closed so early, when they are supposed to be open until 8pm?I called the customer service number, the rep took my info. He was very nice and apologetic. He said the manager of the location would call me. Asst Mgr (Kayla?) called the next day and left me a msg, as I was working. I have tried this person back 6 times since. Call goes right to vm (and no vm set up). And I still haven't received a refund. Not happy!This is honestly the worst Dunkin in the area.

You guys have messed up every single order! Can't even be bothered to stir a coffee which takes seconds. Save yourself money & stress, travel down the road a few minutes to the next Dunkin near the thruway entrance/exit. Service & food quality is soooo much better.
