It is a great place with a long history. The food is always good, and the service is top-notch. A long time Liverpool tradition that we always try to catch when we come back to visit family.
I give it 1 star shy of 5 due to the price. 5 cents shy of $5. for a hotdog! ??♂️ That's crazy. But they are good. I'm a truck driver out of Virginia, and I first tried this place back in July of last year (2023) after some random people I was talking to at a local diner recommended trying this place. My 1st visit to Heid’s, the hotdogs have a taste like no other. I tried both the frank and the snappy and they were both equally delicious. It was a 420 mile round trip but well worth the ride. As others have said it is a bit pricey but everything is now a days. Definitely try the Churros!
