16 piece bucket for $50 and a 1/3 of the chicken old and had to throw it away, and had to still cook dinner for the kids, not happy with it. We used to be able to get 9 pieces of drums and things for $10, but not anymore

This is the second KFC I have been to and quality was worse. Dried over cooked chicken and very greasy, fried a few too many times perhaps. Service was slow, employees looked bored, giggling and whispering. Manager on the phone at the counter, no one came up to take my order. I have to worn you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Yuck!

Got 3 different combo meals. I got 3 tenders with Mac and cheese, my tenders were SOO HARD I couldn’t even eat the chicken. Biscuit was hard too. I used to work at kfc and this is not food i would have ever served. The tenders had to have been sitting for hours or did not get properly rotated.

First off this is the best KFC I’ve been to after trying multiple locations, I went today and I gotta give a comment to Billy for being such a kind person that made sure my food was good and nice an hot. I really appreciate his kindness and going above and beyond with my order today. This KFC has the best fries hands down, they make them perfect and taste soo good! I would highly recommend giving this KFC a try and believe me you won’t be disappointed. The biscuits are even nice and hot as well as fluffy, the chicken taste soo good that can’t help going back for more. Again, thank you Billy for all that you did for me because my son was vary happy and even ate all his food in like 5 minutes lol. Try this KFC but I’m shocked their rating is low when I give it a 5/5!Kid-friendliness: Vary kind to the little ones and gives them a good amount of food for the kids meal.
So depressing. Oil is a week old, chicken is very over fried, bitter and extremely dry. Service was.. well the weird dread vibes to mind. $25 for 8 pieces dark meat and still they give us white meat and wings. So $3 for a tiny wing? Very sad. Explains why it's so empty. Corporate needs to fix this or revoke their franchise license.

On 08.05.2023 night. Poor staff at drive-thru, when you said "Ready for Pickup" on UberEat and we went to pick up, the truth is we could not pick anything, and the staff was rude, impatient, and slammed the window to us.Why don't you just go home and eat yourself if you don't like your job?
