It took a while to seat us. A party of 15.Everything was good except for two of our steaks. I wanted medium rare. They cooked two both were well done. The manager then had to prepare one to show the staff how to cook it properly. And that he did. It was perfect but too late, to eat we were on cake & wine by the time my dinner was done. He allowed me to take it home. I was grateful but still hungry. My shrimps and rice arrived late. The waitress forgot that part of my order. The shrimp appetizer & hot bread was great I must say.

Went for a quick lunch .... everything was great.Their lunch special Fried Chicken Sandwich was juicy and delicious.Fries were hot and crispy.Freshest tasting unsweetened iced tea aroundService was on point.

Immediately after exiting the thruway, I decided to have lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse.Was the food phenomenal? YES! it absolutely was.Were these lambchops worth going viral?? YES! They absolutely were.Was this street corn worth the hype?? You guessed it... YEP!However, this highlight for Longhorn Steakhouse is not about their amazing menu. It's for their amazing staff.One staff member in particular, and that would be Zykiyyah, who's at their Rt. 31 location. (Liverpool/Clay)Upon arriving, we were greeted with the most welcoming hello, very friendly demeanor, and kind smile.I watched as she politely and graciously assisted a bus group of elders who had stopped in to celebrate a birthday.Not only did she flawlessly greet and seat everyone with a smile, but she was also training a new employee and assisting with serving tables. She never skipped a beat or seemed to be too overwhelmed even though I could clearly see her juggling multiple tasks.Our exchange with Kiyyah was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered!While I did thank her personally with a kind gesture for being phenomenal, I also wanted to come on this platform and publicly acknowledge how wonderful she was this afternoon.Zakiyyah, thank you!!!You made our day.I hope somehow, some way this post reaches you ?

Excellent!! Food was amazing, steak was perfectly cooked the way I ordered it.Vegetarian options: They have different types of vegetables and cooked very tender.
I'm usually a Texas Roadhouse type of person but after today I'm not eating there again. The steak was better, The sides were Better, and the music wasn't insanely loud like at Texas Roadhouse. As far as chain steakhouses go so far this place is in the lead. I also accidentally knocked over my soda because I'm not the most coordinated person and the waitress (Jessica) was so nice about it (even though I wanted to die a little) and immediately moved us to a new table without us asking. They have a brown bread with butter which is pretty similar to the Cheesecake Factory bread and so far the best spinach dip I've ever consumed. I try the spinach dip where ever I go and they are definitely number 1 on the list. I got the Parmesan chicken with a half rack of ribs and two side and my girlfriend got the ribeye steak with a side and salad. Altogether with the appetizer it was 80$ and worth every bite!

I'd give this place 3.5 ? apps were good! The shimp is really good. The 8oz sirloin was OK but tough. Medium rare but slightly burnt on one side. Mac n cheese was mediocre. My buddy really liked his margaritas though. Nothing bad but nothing to write home about. Would go again. Server Maddy was attentive and delightful.
