First I’m given someone else’s order then I’m given my food but was wrong so I go back in an they give me another wrong order an at that point I just left very poor customer service I just left with the incorrect food because they still couldn’t fix it

Absolutely awful employees. Absolutely zero help at the register. Stand there and finally a girl approaches and gets mad that she had to cash me out because she’s “on break”.This is not the first time I’ve had a problem here, it’s almost every time whether it’s employee interaction or food quality. If my daughter and her friends didn’t want to eat here, I’d never return.Try taking a page from the chick fil a playbook where they actually value their customers.

Placed a mobile order for curbside. The order cancelled twice. Called their phone number and they resolved the issue immediately. Great customer service. Thank you to the manager that was on duty.Parking: Parking is not an issue. Plenty of spaces available.

They are a very busy store. Some of the staff could use some customer service training but otherwise not too bad. Easiest is use the app and go :)

This location constantly has problems. Been going here 14+ years. Tonight was the last straw. Waited 10 mins in a drive thru that only had one car in front of us. The lobby was also empty except for an old couple. By time they answered their headset to take our order, 8 other cars had pulled in between behind me and next to me in the other lane, that had previously been empty. 4 other cars got answered in the other lane before me. Finally got to the window. Was told an incorrect amount for the total, and when I questioned it they blatantly lied and said it was tax. I get my receipt back. They rounded my total up for the Ronald donation, when I never said I wanted that. FRAUD. Also had to pull to the second window to wait yet again. For 2 fountain drinks. That’s all we ordered.Just a couple months ago I heard a manager at the drive thru window yelling at the rest of the staff and telling them to stop doing DRUGS at work on break. I now see why and that the problem has yet to be fixed.

Every time I go my fries are cold and stale. It wouldn’t be such a problem if it was every now and then but it’s not. The chicken was raw and I only got 1 tiny pickle on the bottom bun on my double cheeseburger.
