Make you pull to a parking spot to get your regular soda drink in the combo meal ... First didn't even want to give you the drink.Everytime they make a customer wait on them in n a designated parking spot, a free item should be provided becuase you end up waiting 10 minutes longer instead of them telling you they don't have an item.

This story is gross and 100% true... I went here the other day, and I pulled into the drive thru. After a minute or so, an echoed voice came up and said "I'll be with you in a moment" I said "take your time". Shortly after that, I heard what I could swear was a fart. It made me giggle, but I didn't think it was real. Until I heard what sounded like... slow pouring a drink into a cup that already had liquid in it. Over the next couple of minutes, I heard a lot of movement over the speaker, and then what was obviously a toilet flushing. I realized the person was in the bathroom and their mic was on. Then I heard the door slam and bounce, which I recognized as the bathroom door because I've been in there and those doors are heavy. Of all the sounds I heard, it was obvious there was no sink running and hand washing. I drove away laughing until I realized how common that probably is and then I threw up in my mouth a little. Everyone has to go, and I can forgive having to listen to it. I try not to judge. Unless you don't wash your hands and then go work in a kitchen. That's just nasty.

Site says drive through open till midnight we got there at 11 but no one answered the drive up when we pulled around to leave employees were just standing in the back on phone and ignoring us.

Two days ago completely undercooked fries to the point they were totally limp. Today Big Mac EVM. Sandwich ok, medium fries cold and my large hot coffee wasn't even lukewarm! Ever try to file a complaint? You may as well give up a good half hour of your time. I tried and kept getting emails for more information. What more do you need to know wrong food, cold food. Ridiculous

Excellent service friendly staff the manager young lady is super nice and professional I strongly recommend giving her a raise!!!! Place is very clean and welcoming. Best McDonald’s in cny.

The McDonalds off of John Glenn got rid of the Hot and Spicy McChicken. The franchise got rid of their dollar menu, and replaced it with the 2 for $3.50 menu, which is fine with the way the economy changed, however, the Hot and Spicy McChicken is my favorite item on the current value menu, and they have now made it obsolete at this location. I will no longer be returning to this location, and will instead visit the location off of 7th North or in Shop City Plaza, where they provide the full menu.
What a disaster this place has become, a shame as it once was my favorite McDonald’s to go to. The new staff they’ve brought on is full of extremely rude 17-20 year olds who clearly aren’t cut out for food service. They’re constantly getting orders wrong, which is insane when it comes to mobile orders as it gives you time to process, then when you proceed to tell them they got the order wrong they begin to give you even more attitude. I understand not wanting to work, but the least you could do is be polite to patrons that are giving you the upmost respect, a little bit of kindness goes a long way. Clearly the employees here need to be retrained on common decency. I wish I could say that the food makes up for the general lack of politeness but unfortunately it’s basic McDonald’s food, least you could do is say thank you and have a nice day.

My friend and I ordered online and we ordered the squish mallow happy meals. One of the happy meals was supposed to have extra fries and chicken nuggets while the other was supposed to have nuggets, fries, and a burger. We also ordered drinks. We received the drinks and chicken nuggets yet the one happy meal did not have extra fries and the fries were dumped all over. There was about 7 fries all over inside the bag. My friends happy meal didn’t even have cheese on the burger and the sauce was smeared all over. The squish mallows were also not in the bag, yet when I look at the order ON THE BAG it says squish mallows along with extra fries. Also one of the nuggets in my box was literally 2 nuggets as 1 huge nugget. The person who served us was kind, but I was overall disappointed that our simple order was mistaken.

I just left McDonald's with a Big Mac meal with lemonade. My drink was not lemonade. It tasted like lemon water. I believe the filter needed to be changed. I was almost home and was not going back for a drink. Next time I will take a sip before leaving the premises. Things like this happens especially on busy days. The server was pleasant.
