Hardly any meat on any of my tacos, burritos etc. Loaded with lettuce, disappointing. Fountain area filthy as well as dining area. This was at the location on Oswego Rd in Liverpool NY.

At this particular Taco Bell they seem to be really slow and not in a hurry to get your food to you, I have ordered online and always go inside because believe it or not it is quicker than waiting on the drive thru. The employees never seem to be happy and if you look on the floor where food prep is happening it always looks like it needs to be swept.

Got two guesodillas they weren't cute. And we also got nacho fries and they are cold hard ans stale and nasty. I spent over 40$ for food that wasn't good. Or done right. ?

In terms of hit or miss it's usually miss. When they are actually open the food is often cold and one time someone dumped an entire salt shaker in the beef mixture and didn't tell anyone. ?
