I have tried this Taco Bell on a few occasions and it's always a case of beggars can't be choosers. They offer KFC as well and are open late and have drive through service. But repeatedly it’s a where is the beef situation??! Nachos Grande with little to no toppings and chicken quesadillas that are barely a 1/4 full of cheese and little to no chicken. Being a chain and all it seems there would be a standard of how much meat, chicken, cheese and other toppings that should be dispersed on each menu item. This particular establishment does not seem to care or manage the quality of food.

I've been living in the area for almost a year now, and due to my busy schedule and poor time management, recently I've stopped by here more times than I care to admit. All the staff I've interacted with here are great, but a special thank you to the late shift workers. I've only had a couple issues with missing/incorrect items and they've always been incredibly helpful in resolving things. From what I've seen they're kind to folks, and that's priceless.

The first door i tried was locked, no smiles on anyone's face, and took quite a while to get my food. Got back to work and no fork to eat with. Food is only luke warm, which is odd for a KFC.

Different hours every single day. They will look open and say open online but tell customers they're not open until some specified time that they just came up with. Multiple occurrences. Don't waste your time

Please have the Taco Bell app active at this location or have at least the self-ordering pad active. With just a skeleton crew to work, TB, and KFC simultaneously, a customer can’t decide or ask a 5-year-old what they want. This turns the place into total chaos. I wonder how long an employee works there?My order was correctly made, and the staff was great, with only two people behind the counter.
