We've ordered the same pizza (cheese with pepperoni) for over a year now and always ENJOY how the crust is perfectly cooked (not burnt like today), the cheese is melted (pulling the pieces apart today the cheese fell apart) I've never had this happen with Twin Trees and I'm so disappointed.

Haven’t had twin trees in years ! So we decided to get pizza and wings a few days ago. I must say , it was not good . The wings were good . Besides the fact that they changed.99 cents to put them in a cardboard box! Ordered extra cheese pizza and 100% it was not extra cheese. The crust had zero flavor, the little bit of sauce that was there also zero flavor. Even the cheese had zero flavor! It’s a shame too! It’s expensive to eat out these days and Twin Trees has been around forever. Even tried the 1 in Solvay a few years back and it was also horrible and no flavor! Unfortunately not worth it anymore. Way better pizza out there. Do better Twin Trees! Especially if you’re one of the more expensive pizza places around!

Can't beat Twin Trees pizza! And a very nice & fresh side salad. Good beer selection on tap (had a Prisin City).And our waitress was sooo good!

Called for delivery and the rude guy on the phone told me their delivery was running on “no set time” tonight. I asked what that meant and he said it could be 60 minutes or it could be three hours and they have no way of knowing. How ridiculous. He very condescendingly said “it’s Friday night and we’re very busy.” I understand that and I also understand labor shortages, but to tell someone you have no idea if the food they’re ordering will be there in an hour or in three is an absurd way to run a restaurant. Called Antonio’s down the road and got delivery instead with no issues.
Our food was delicious and the service was fantastic! We especially loved the grilled wings! Our order was ready for us when they said it would be done, and we even picked up a couple great cookies for dessert ?

1st and last time eating at the Rt 57 location. Food was sub par and tasteless. Pizza was just ok. Server was clueless and drinks took 45 minutes. I’ll stick to the N Syracuse location from now on!

I order pizza from this location typically once a month or so. Every time there is a coupon taped to the top of my pizza box for $5 off the next order. I have never used one of these coupons because I typically forget or end up throwing it out. The last time I ordered I got a $10 off coupon which I thought was great and was not going to forget. I ordered tonight and went in to pick it up with my $10 coupon. The girl who was working was nice and said I’ll be right back. Another woman (presumably the manager) came up telling me that she writes all the coupons and that their policy is to not take it if it’s been doctored and proceeds to show me where I allegedly changed the expiration date. Mind you today is 12/7/23 and the expiration date said 05/15/24. She claimed I changed the 1 to a 0 in the month! Okay lady..coupon still doesn’t expire until next year but you got me! She became so angry when I disagreed with her viewpoint because I don’t appreciate being accused of doctoring a coupons month (when it still doesn’t expire until 2024) and by her logic, it originally read 15/15/24 and I made it say 05/15/24. How drunk or high did this woman have to be while writing her coupons that she has to accuse customers of lying to save a buck?? I am 100% disgusted and will never be ordering from here again. I’ll give my business to OIP where it costs less and they know how to treat their customers.

We got delivery and my husband forgot to put a tip on the receipt. So the delivery driver decided to call me 6 times. I finally answered on the last time and he was furious. As much as i can understand the frustration he must have felt; I do not like being called 6 times and being forced to put a tip on. Of course we wanted to tip but calling me 6 times is outrageous.
