I wish I could give this place zero stars:( they have the most incompetent, rude, obnoxious employees. We've given this location a few tries as it's closer to our house. Every time without fail our order is royalty ****** up. Tonight we're in line about to get to the order screen and the gentleman taking orders was too busy yelling over the speaker to his friends to come in the store and hangout with him. (At this time indoor dining was closed) then we order and he's still yelling back and fourth with his friends as they're now hanging out in the store with him. So we get the window and go figure he didn't punch in our order and blamed it on his female employee. So we had to reorder at the window, and yet they still managed to give us the wrong order, at this point we just leave and will unfortunately never go back.

Terrible wait. Noone even greeted us upon arrival. At 9pm no choice in chicken but original. Not even asked to wait to drop more. Just terrible.. won't be to this location again. Bye.

Beyond slow!!! stood in line for over 30 mins for a simple meal which I could have grabbed myself. They need more people at counter to handle and fill orders not just drive thru. They did offer me a free desert for the wait.

I really wonder why this horrible so called restaurant hasn't been shut down. I live less than a mile away from this horrible place and only went there 3 times from when it opened. Each time was a horrendous experience. Whoever owns this store should be sued! This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life, and that would include in all my travels. The staff is rude, lazy, and horrendous, the food is disgusting, the restaurant is filthy, and it's the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. if I ever want taco bell or KFC, I drive 6 -7 miles away to get it. I can't wait till this non-restaurant is shut down. How do they even stay in business? Look at the reviews. It is horrific!!!! I wonder how many complaints were made to the department of health. I called corporate KFC about this restaurant 5 years ago and obviously nothing has ever changed. Shut it down!!

We order from this location and normally have no problems but today my kids got chicken sandwiches that were completely disgusting. They were globbed in Mayo. like a ridiculous amount. And I lifted the bun to see if the mayo fell out on one side. Nope it has that much covering it in it's entirety. This is absolutely disgusting, $36 in the garbage!

We had about an hour to kill in the immediate area, and figured we'd seize a sweet opportunity to get some Baja Blast and Sweet Lightening at the same time. Being the opportunists that we are, we got the drinks along with a few tacos and some biscuits to hold us over during our downtime. On this trip we had nothing to lose, as we were exclusively there to kill time and get some low priority grub. With the bar set to the bottom, we left with two things worth pointing out. 1.) The tacos were wrapped as if they littered a bunch more of everything into the wrapper before packaging them the rest of the way. It was like opening a glitter bomb, an ongoing stream of cheese, meat and lettuce just flowed all over the place as soon we we pulled the wrapper down. (For whatever reason I feel like I should point out that we were holding them right side up when we opened them.) I can't logistically retrace the steps in my mind that would lead to this sort of thing happening. We wondered if it had anything to do with... 2.) They were raising money for kids, or the homeless, or something. I understand the employees are incentivized or required to ask when taking your order. I accept this as an irritating part of life and don't make a habit of shooting the messenger. We were asked by the initial recording/greeting, we declined. We began our order, but were cut off again by a live male speaker, asking again for a donation. We politely declined again, and once again began placing our order. We were cut off again by a female speaker, who chimed in "...I mean it's for a good cause..." I let her sit in her own awkward silence for a minute or so before I was asked to continue my order. I've worked plenty of demeaning jobs and I can respect these micro ambitions that get you through the day of being a whipping boy to the lowest common denominator. I've put my time in shamelessly upselling, plugging, selling my lowly soul for corporate prizes. I was good at it, and I'd probably do it again in that same position. The persistence was no problem to me, but what did me in was the absolute lack of taste. To follow up a third time with a line like "it's for a good cause", at this point you're just heckling. I wanted to ask her for the details on how donations would actually be spent to better the world, suspecting she probably wouldn't have much more to say than what was already sprawled across the banner on the front of the menu. Instead, I paid and collected my food, drove to a nearby parking lot, and made jokes with my girlfriend over two kinds of Mt. Dew about the weird experience we just had until our prescription was ready.

This place has been really rude to me and others and is very slow took one hour to get wings just wings and a drink I've never seen such a slow business I don't recommend going to this KFC and plus there food was not even good 1 star.

Always wrong and my tacos are literally empty. Ordered a supreme box, for told it was extra (obviously). Got home to literally a teaspoon of topping in each tacos, no tomatoes or sour cream.

Lucky they got 1 star sine yelp won't let me give 0 stars- this is the worst TB/KFC combo store ever - SLOW .... doesn't have the full TB menu - I thought I was over charged so I asked for a receipt- was told they couldn't print a receipt since they did not have receipt paper in any of the FOUR registers - also if you go to this stores website they have shut down the ability to make comments ... all ... do yourself a favor & boycott this location

Stopped at this KFC during the covid19. Person running drive through was wearing his mask around his chin mouth and nose exposed.. I was wearing a mask and my passenger was not. I asked the worker why he wasn't wearing a mask and he stated he had a hard time breathi ng with it on. I advised him to get a different one that he could breath with. He then stated that my passenger didn't have one on and that he could refuse to serve us due to it. I had a few choice words for him and asked to speak to a manager. Another worker came around the corner from the kitchen wearing his mask around his chin. The manager came to the window wearing a mask and when I asked him why the others were not wearing one he gave me my money back and told me to leave. I told him that I was going to report him to the Health Dept. and he said go ahead and told me to leave. Wow! This is how you treat your customers. Look at your reviews. You should be ashamed to be in business with a one star with 10 reviews and now this makes 11. Stay clear of this place. If they care as little as they did imagine what they do to your food. Hello, KFC! This place is giving you a bad name!

Improper use of covid 19 protective gear. Witnessed employee pull mask down a couple times to talk never changing gloves. Did not change gloves between transactions with customer money. Did not wipe counter in between customers who were standing bunched together. If you're looking to get ill, this is the place! They don't care they make their money!

This location is absolutely horrendous. The service is slow and the cashier, Aliannah is uneducated and needs to be put through training again. I ordered a chicken little combo with NO pickles and instead received extra. Additionally, I ordered a crunchy taco and was told my coupon couldn't be accepted. The restaurant was incredibly slow so there's no reason for mistakes like this to made.

This KFC/Taco Bell is by far the worst fast food restaurant in the history of fast food restaurants. I work in one of the professional buildings near the restaurant. Some days I get very busy at work and I am forced to eat here. Today, I ordered 2 tacos and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before finally deciding to leave. The service cannot possibly be slower. The car in front of me was clearly handed my order, they pilfered through it and then handed it back to the cashier as it was the wrong order. They then took the order of the customer in front of me at the window (as they obviously lost his order) but allowed him to sit there for 10 minutes. I finally just left. I will no longer subject myself to the ignorance you employ at this location. I wish the place would close and then get reopened by some competent management. Corporate should look into this store because it is an embarrassment to the franchises. I have NEVER had a truly good experience at this restaurant in the last 10 years. They don't deserve a single star.
