The last 2 times I have attempted to get breakfast on my way home, around 6 30. I have waited at the speaker for 5 mins without any reply from the people inside. This last time I drove to the window and the woman looked at me and turned and walked into the back and hid. I'm not sure what the issue is but if there is a problem it would have been nice to inform the customer waiting in line.

The food was so plain and basic they messed up half the order they charge more and can't get order right I didn't want to drive 15 min back to fix it they should get right the first time when someone tells u they can eat ketchup or tomato and u put a tone of it on there had to throw away waste of 35
DONT GO HERE. I got 2 jr chickens and an 8 piece. every single one of my nuggets were cold left sitting out. The workers are scumbags don’t even have the decency to warm your food up for you they will give you cold food. My jr chickens were all breading, no meat, over cooked, and dry. I’ve never had a place so bad that I’ve had to write a review. It’s like they just pre make the food and let it all sit out and then give it to you when you order it

Awful food. Awful service. I've gone here a few times since I moved to the area. You have a really good chance of getting a wrong order when getting drive-thru. This last time, I hadn't had a fish sandwich in a very long time. I was really in the mood. Of course, the pictures look incredible. BIG mistake. It was a tiny pathetic child sized patty and bun that was burnt and rubbery. (see attached photo) The fries were crispy and drowned in salt.I won't be making that mistake again.??????????

Wasn't very happy there today. One couple in front of us trying to order on that new order machine that they have. Was having a problem. Finally after 20 min someone came out & helped them. Then we're waiting this whole time. Then another girl took our order after waiting 5 mins of them looking at us. Gave our order took another 15 mins for it to get it. Next time I'll go to McDonald's

This place is pitiful, I hate spending my money for my son to eat here. They get the simplest order wrong, can’t they freaking pay attention. A spicy wrap with spicy sauce only does not mean plain(tonight) or lettuce, tomato and royal sauce( last night). The last 4 times have been wrong and he orders them the same way every night. I call the lady hangs up, talked to supposed manager(guy) and he apologizes and says I’ll put your name down we will redo them, well the next manager Sabrina claims name is not on board and they don’t have a male manager. And the store manager always got a n attitude

Never order "light" anything. Not tartar sauce. Not mayo. They will give you double just out of spite. In fact, don't deviate from the standard recipe at all.Believe me, there's a reason over 400 Burger Things closed nationwide this year (google it). And more will be closing in 2024. It's a shame because I grew up on BK. Oh well. There are 5 fast food places within a 1/4 mile.

Ordered through the drive through… she forgot my fries so I paid 3 something for a medium fry when I got to the window. The person who took my order and handed it to me was nice enough so this review is not about her. I open the bag after I leave and of course she gave me a tiny fry container half full with not even warm but straight up cold fries. Onion rings were cold as well. Sandwiches all very sloppy, slightly warm and they also stuff everything in the tiniest bag it will fit in. Also you can tell they are not great about caring to change their oil. All the fried food tastes off and not very good because of it. Not the first time I’ve received food like this from them it seems to be every time. Def check your bag before you leave, do not trust them to get your order right. These emoloyees clearly don’t care what they’re serving to customers.
