On our first visit we stopped by to get dessert for Christmas. We bought apple, raspberry and pecan. Oh so good. On our next visit we had the breakfast sandwiches. 5 stars again. Then we decided on subs for dinner. Again 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

While I have seen their pies for sale, didn't know too much about the actual bakery. Our first visit we had the real breakfast sandwiches. All I can say is don't bother with going to the Golden arches or that burger place that is king!!! Carson's sandwiches are the real deal!! Second visit we tried subs. Again was totally wow'd!! This is one of the many hidden gems that we need to support. Keep the delicious food coming. You're doing a great job!!

Sucks. !!! Roast beef is low quality. Tastes like a fake rubber ! With Soda over $20.00. Will not stop here again , Nice shop inside. Baked goods looked good. Need to get a good name brand cold cut !!!!

Very clean! Friendly staff. I didn't eat much, but the sweet potato fries were good. I've had other food there and it's very good and mostly homemade.

Cute little place. Walk in, place order, sit and wait for a few min, walk back up, pick up order. Take out or a small sit down and eat. Cookie with every order. Wish the Fry's where fresh cut, that would have put this place over the top for me. Staff was friendly.

I would not recommend the roast beef on Weck. It was very low quality deli roast beef. It was rubbery and was not enjoyable. I would go back and maybe try something else, but the roast beef would not be something I would choose again.

Was in the area and after a quick search for somewhere to eat lunch found Carsons.Ordered a Chicken Finger Sub online. Pulled in and the Sub was ready in about 15 minutes total after placing the order. Friendly staff and plenty of seating.Sandwich was good, not the best i've ever had but good enough I would come here to eat again.

My husband stopped in there for lunch and was excited to bring home some cookies for the family. First the hamburger was way over priced and the cookies were also way overpriced. I was shocked he paid that much for flavorless, dry cookies. I am an avid baker and love trying others baked goods. These were just awful..waste of money.

Prices are getting out of control. 15.99 for a chicken finger basket. 2 small fingers and what looks like a nugget and some fries. Used to order here often. Prices been going up and amount of food going way down. Absolutely disappointing.

Subs are decent. You have to tell them light on the wet condiments, or they will flood your sandwich (mayo, ketchup, oil, etc.). The pies are bland. Not sweet. Crust has no flavor. If you are used to eating in Buffalo, you will be disappointed.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich while in Lockport. We enjoyed the bacon, cheese and egg sandwich, with coffee. Nicely done, staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
