Chicken was so dried out I couldn’t eat it. Very burnt on the outside. Picked up about 5:00 pm on a Sunday night. Potatoes were dried out. Threw most of the dinner out. So sorry it was such a waste of money and chicken.

They forgot to give us our dinner rolls and by the time we realized that, they were already closed. Also the chicken wasn’t that good it was dry and it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. We also tried almost all the sides and none of them tasted very good.

Stopped in for a quick bite. It was super quick! We were in and out in 25 minutes. There were only a few people there. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the pulled pork meal, my husband had the chicken dinner with two sides each. 6 sides to choose from. $32 and change.

Terrible exp on 3/4/24, was there to order a chicken dinner a couple ppl were ahead of me on line. Guy working the counter was saying they were out of baked beans, bow tie pasta, no ribs and no brisket. Only to find out when the person in front of me went up and seen that stuff was in fact the kid at the counter said “I can’t sell those. They are basically paid for, so yea pick something else”. This was rude for one. And two if it’s already paid for then why is it not in a bag already bagged and waiting for that customer? Rather than just having it sitting with all the other food and telling paying customers who are there now that they can’t have that? Roughly 10 mins after that encounter a gentleman walks in.And the kid at the counter who’s a young millennial and should tell you everything you need to know says…Thank god your here everyone was trying to buy the stuff you wanted but we told them it was reserved. And that’s a lie never did he use the words it was reserved he said it was paid for. And this was a lie because the gentleman came in and paid for his food. This was poor customer service. I can’t control how a business provides customer service, but I can control where I spend my money. And I’ll never spend another dollar of my money there. And priceless you saved food for a jerk who didn’t even tip you! You love ya job so much great, cause you gonna be working there a long damn time as you should.

Food was dry I had the pork dinner and chicken dinner chicken was dry and skin was rubber. The pork was like eating stale bread with sauce. Mac and cheese was odd. I can get better corn bread from Walmart. I can make better AU GRATIN potatoes from a box. When we ordered in line and got there they told me I had to wait in line because my food wasn’t ready then what is the point of ordering and paying online so much better barbecue in the area

Bad experience again. Ordered several 2 meat dinners and one 3 meat dinner of ribs, brisket, pulled pork mac and tuna salad and baked beans with cornbread. The 3 meat dinner had no pulled pork and had mac n cheese with mac n tuna. Tried to call them but got no answer but left a VM with no response. The ribs were also tough and dry. Not sure what's going on but I drove 12 miles to this restaurant. I also forgot to add that this order was placed the day before so there really should be no excuse!!! I won't be returning and I should have been reimbursed the difference because I paid for 3 meats and only got 2 and the receipt was the correct way it was ordered???

Ordered a large box of chicken for a party of 40 people on Saturday. Chicken which is normally good was very over cooked and dry. The meat next to the skin was like jerky and burnt on top. Potato’s in the potato salad were crunchy. We paid good money for some barely edible and disappointing food. I am surprised that they were okay with sending this out. Things are expensive enough now days to have to pay for Inferior product. I would not be proud to send this out.

I ordered pick up catering for my baby shower. First off, the customer service by Chris was above and beyond. He made sure I had the best pick up time to have my food hot and fresh for my shower in Rochester. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you to both Chris and the Lockport location for providing us with such a great meal.

Hit and miss. Cant fo wrong with the chicken dinners.I had the Italian sausage. With chips. Definitely under cooked. Taste was 3.1 out of 10.Very little flavor. I paid $14 after tax.
