Better menu layout. Make the menu make sense. Be descriptive. That way your customers know what to expect, and your staff knows what they are serving.2. You want your product to appeal to as many people as possible, but without paying attention to standards and practices, the end experience is going to mostly disappointment instead of excellence.3. If someone asks your staff “What’s in it” and the workers don’t know, that’s a problem. Your cooks know. Your manager knows. But the person taking the order at the counter does not? Why is that? It’s because the menu doesn’t say. Now, the customer wants to know. All of which can be avoided by putting on the menu…Golden BBQ sauce - a light honey glaze with hints of garlic and cinnamonOr - Golden honey mustard with a mixture of peach bourbon and maple syrupOr - Golden honey habanero spicy hot glaze with a little bit of lemonI can make Chik-Fil-a sauce, or at least a grownup version that’s enjoyable and has flavor, and know what to expect from it. If you’re going to make a product that half the restaurants in Buffalo make already, you need to describe what it is, not just what you call it.

The pizza at Cusimanos is AMAZING! Full of topping and such a great price. The pizza is so flavorful. Highly recommend!!! I wish they delivered to Sanborn or have a shop in Niagara Falls.
The service is wonderful. The dining room is very nice and the food is delicious. The best steak and cheese sub I’ve had in a long time

One star because the delivery driver in the white Ford escape drives like a maniac, it's a pizza bro, not a kidney. Best part about being a jerk in a vehicle with your company's name all over it means now I know who's never getting my business! It also takes 20 minutes when you order a sandwich in the restaurant and that's just ridiculous, it's roast beef not rocket science!

Don't order before closing time. When I first started ordering from here I thought that this would be my go to place. Last night I ordered a pizza. I did not know that they closed at 8pm. I had less than 15 minutes to pick it up after ordeting. When I brought it home, alomost all of the cheese was off the pizza onto the paper in the box. The crust was so thin you could almost see through it. Very disappointed. If you can't make the pizza in time, why did you take my order? Who ever was in charge, how could you let something like that out the door to a paying customer? When I worked closing at a restaurant, we took orders up to closing time, made sure everything was properly made, and waited until all the customers were gone. Things have changed. Guess I will not recommend or order from this place again. Sorry not sorry.
