While picking up an ordered birthday cake and various desserts my wife and daughter experienced horrible and rude service from everyone they had contact with. We often travel to support this business, yet we experienced eye rolls with questions and employees acted put out by anything asked of them. The owner was not nice either and seems to foster this negative atmosphere. The food is nothing special and I don't care how good the dessert is we are done with this place.

I recently was diagnosed with a wheat allergy, and life has sucked until now. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. Service was a little slow but was worth the wait. They were packed, and once my food arrived, I could see why. Everything looked, tasted, and smelled amazing. I was able to indulge in a cookie while I waited, and my hamburger with fresh cut fries was amazing. Everything was fairly priced, and I left with my leftovers and a frozen pizza to try later. A few days later, I tried the pizza and was again blown away. It was fairly priced and delicious. I did not feel like I was "settling" for gluten-free food because this was good enough that I'd eat it even if I wasn't gluten-free.Dietary restrictions: Everything is surprisingly gluten free!
My first time eating here and I couldn't believe I was eating Zero Gluten food!Our lunch was delicious and the service was wonderful. We will be eating here again very soon.

Food so good, we came back the next day! We were near this town for a weekend getaway, and found this place while searching for celiac/gluten free options. It’s both a bakery and restaurant, with dine in and take out options.Over the 2 days, we ordered the following: Friday fry fish (look at the size of that piece!), Chicken fried chicken burger with zuppa toscana soup and sautéed vegetables, the app sampler (fried pickles, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, and garlic bread), and the cubano panini with more sautéed vegetables - all of it absolutely delicious.From the bakery we got sugar cookie, cinnamon roll, cheesecake, and a marshmallow cookie thing - also all incredibly delicious.We got more zuppa toscana to go and 2 strombolis for the freezer.Will be visiting again when we’re near this town!Dietary restrictions: 100% gluten free, celiac friendly

Absolutely love this place and wish there were more like it. Since being diagnosed with Celiacs, it is wonderful to have a place like Kith and Kin to go to. I wish it was a little closer to us, but it is well worth the trip. The Chicken Suzanne is delicious and their Molasses cookies are amazing. When I first bought their bread, I ate four slices on the drive back home… It is that good!

My sister has celiacs and is GF so for her big bday celebration my cousin ordered a cake! It was absolutely delicious! It puts Wegmans to shame! When we visit Lockport your restaurant is usually a must! Keep up the good work! We love coming there for dinner too! ;)

The food was absolutely outstanding. The peace of mind that comes with knowing whatever I order and consume are safe and will not make me sick is something I have never had before while dining out. They are very busy in their but that's only because of the quality of their food worth the 30 min drive for me!

If it weren't for the bake shop, I would have cried through the holidays without any cookies! It is also the one place my daughter can get food that is both gluten-free and dairy-free. They are always friendly and I have been going to their bake shop right from the very beginning when they were at a different location. It is a great service to the community!Dietary restrictions: We have been able to get plenty of gluten-free, dairy-free, and corn free items whenever we go there.Parking: Plenty of parking spots!Kid-friendliness: My kids can always find something there and everybody is so friendly they feel very comfortable.Wheelchair accessibility: They're a handicap parking spots as well as a ramp to the entrance.
