A shame. Place was my favorite for over 20 years. Only existed in Florida back when I was a kid. When they moved into the area i was so excited. But now the bread wall is subpar. Limited availability of products. Go early because there is nothing left to buy after 12

My husband & I were not feeling well and wanted some Panera chicken noodle soup so bad, we went to get it , came home & had two mini size containers with nothing but a couple carrots and a few noodles with broth, and the containers weren’t even full ! I’m usually not the Karen type, but that was devastating ??

The meals and baked goods here are amazing, however the drinks heavily depend on who's making them. Sometimes my iced coffee is bitter, or sweet. But other then that I have no compliants, I definitely recommend.
Loved my broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl!! Would definitely come back again just for that. They also have really good cinnamon sugar bagels

This is a shout out to the manager who drove a missing steak sandwich that was inadvertently left out of my to go bag. I didn’t know the sandwich was missing until I got home. After talking to him on the phone, he promptly ram out a fresh sandwich to my house which is 20 minutes away. Thank you for going the extra miles to bring me my food.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go for lunch and dinner I never thought fast food could be prepared so well the price is a little steep for most things definitely don't have any complaints the broccoli and cheddar soup and the steak and cheddar sandwich with a baguette is

First I want to say Panera has always been a solid choice for a good meal but lately no. I am very very disappointed with the quality or lack of quality in my food yesterday, August 23rd. For one, they were out of baguettes, crotons, and apparently parmesan cheese. My chicken Caesar was awful. Just basically lettuce and dressing. When I looked in bag - told the employee there was no chicken on my salad, he apologized and put cold meat in a cup and off I went. I am sorry but for $12, I got 2 cups of romaine and some sad chicken. We spent over $35 and I won't embarrass the restaurant anymore as the other items weren't the quality I expected from Panera in Lockport, NY. There are a million choices out there, and I won't be back anytime soon. I understand the lack of employee crisis but come on - if you don't have parmesan then deduct from my price.
