Scripts Cafe is located in the heart of Lockport next to the Palace Theater. It's such a good find! Their food is so good and their coffee is delicious! They have cute little details in the cafe that add a nice touch to the atmosphere. The menu for food has a lot of variety. They are mostly sandwiches, salads and soups, but it's hearty. I got the Jack's Antipasto salad and wow! The portion size was amazing for a salad. It filled me and was delicious! They had a lot of coffee options and even had specialty coffees for the month. If you're in Lockport and are near the locks this is a great little place to stop for a bite to eat, have a meeting, or meet with friends.

Good fresh food, however it’s always really cold which makes eating there kind of uncomfortable. The staff to me comes off as stand by ish and as if I’m bothering them. This is for constructive criticism and not to bash, everyone just kind of seems moody. Again wonderful food.

I used to love Scripts and their food but unfortunately my experience today ruined my view of them. I called and ordered a wrap upon leaving my house which is 10 minutes from Scripts. The worker who answered the phone took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes until my food was ready. So I drove the 10 minutes there then was shocked to find the door locked. I then looked up what time they closed and online it said 4pm. When I ordered it was 3:35 and by the time I got to Scripts it was 3:45! They were still supposed to be open for another 15 minutes. My problem is why would a worker take my order and tell me it would be about 15 minutes when they were closed within 10 minutes of me making that phone call. To make matters worse the workers just stared at me when I was at the door clearly confused. I don’t understand why I just was not told when I called that they would be closing so then I would not have wasted my time driving there for no reason. This was extremely frustrating. Do better.

Nice cozy place for a cup of Joe and a sandwich in Lockport. First time here. I had the Botkins breakfast sandwich and grande cappuccino. Sandwich was yummy but a touch greasy which I expected considering the bacon, egg, and garlic aioli. Cappuccino wasn't the best I ever had but good. They have several seasonal drinks that rotates every 1-3 months it looks like. Not overly priced. A little chilly in the store but hey its winter. I would visit this place again.

I'll give it a 4. I wouldn't brag about it but it's good food. Sometimes the chicken is a bit tuff but I always end up going back. Usually get a matthew with greens.

Finally decided to give this place a shot after living in Lockport for 5 years now and have to say I am upset we never came sooner! Amazing food, great pleasant staff! Everything was delicious, we can’t wait to come back!

Script's has a good thing going. Always busy but never crowded, their food is worth a visit. They even accommodated our 2 year old with some great options. I've had a fun time trying all of their sandwiches to find a favorite. So many to try, and I have not been disappointed! Quality ingredients and a helpful staff create a "how it used to taste" experience.
