The owner is extremely friendly. All of their drinks are great. I consistently get a boat when I go over there at recommend the eel with the sauce. That’s one of the best sushi or Sushimi’s. Their ginger salad is bomb and my parents love their soft shell crab personally my favorite drink is the lemon drop martini.

My boyfriend and I came in on valentines night a little late around the time they would stop seating customers, but the manager was nice enough to seat us and serve us, we asked for to go boxes because we didn’t want to hold them up but she was very nice and let us finish our food with no rush , the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. I will definitely be back. (: thank you.

Kind of ruined our Valentine’s Day. Placed an order at 2pm for pick up at 8pm to surprise my wife. Got there and was surrounded by disgruntled customers telling me that management is incompetent and they were extremely behind. Some people were waiting over an hour past the pick up time for orders they had placed online. I waited until 8:30 for my 8pm order and was then told my order hadn’t been started and there was no timeframe on how long it would take. Eventually I asked for a refund and was told the manager was too busy to deal with it now and that I had to call back tomorrow. The hostess said she had a list of people who had requested refunds tonight. While I have been a frequent customer here I’ll think twice before going here again. Completely unacceptable.

The worst experience ever for a mobile order. We had placed an order at 630 pm. The pickup time was 745. My wife waited for an hour all while being ignored by the staff when attempting to cancel or receive a refund. Additionally the restaurant uses chow now which apparently has a nonexistent customer service department which left us held hostage in the restaraunt.

Made reservations on Valentine’s Day (2/14/2024) for 19:30.As we enter the filled lobby, you’re greeting by two 18 year olds that have no idea what they’re doing and a manager that says they don’t have a wait time, and there are no spots available at the moment… no estimated time was given. This is a very unprofessional Buisness.This is unacceptable service, especially on Valentine’s Day.You knew that it was going to be packed yet you still take reservations? We called weeks in advanced as well.I would not recommend this spot if you’re into making memories.Thanks for your service!

I want to start this review by saying I have ordered from the Lockport location many times and had good experiences... BUT last night was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I ordered to go at 5pm using the website and was given a pickup time of 6:19-640 pm. I arrived and there was a line waiting to get in, and soon found out there were many people waiting to pick up food to go. I gave my information to the young hostess and she said she was going to check and see where it was but never came back. I waited patiently until about 645 and the app on my phone said food is ready for pickup . I again walk in and head back to the area of the bar where I normally pick up the food . I mention to the person behind the counter my order was ready and she checks telling me no it's not ready . There were about 10 people waiting inside in this area all for pickup . The staff asked us to go back out to the front door as the staff couldn't get thru the area by the sushi chefs . When I went back to the entrance of the restaurant to wait there approximately 20 people all waiting to pickup the. To go orders. Everyone's order gave them a time when it was to be ready but that wasn't the case. After approximately 2 hours because my card was charged already for 210.00 i asked to speak with a manager . I expressed my frustration and asked where my food was. She went back and after about 10 mins I was given my order. The biggest issue I have is Not one person apologized for the delay or gave any explanation whatsoever to anyone as to why the backup occurred including the manager The people running the restaurant during this time were completely incapable. We typically order at least once a month from this location but based on this experience I won't be back !!!
