Food is always good, delivery driver is always pleasant. Have tried many different items on their menu their pizza and wings are really good. If ever we had an issue it was quickly taken care. Would recommend for sure.

It's probably one of the worst pizzas I have had since living in WNY. The dough is undercooked, the toppings were put on the wrong sides, and there is sooooo much sauce (causing the ratio of ingredients to feel very off). I ordered sweet peppers on one side, and they were completely mush and slimy. The pepperoni on the other side was literally thrown into one spot. I will definitely NOT order from them again.

Really disappointed to walk 15 minutes through the snow from my hotel to get this, not seen in the picture is a hole in the box from the stupid white triangle. Edit: unsurprisingly it got worse when I tried to eat my uncut soggy

The only pizza I will eat in niagara county.Edit: something changed in the past several months. The pizza has become very inconsistent, specifically the crust. Sometimes they don't even have slices available. Between not having lunch hours, inconsistent quality and taste, and usually less than polite service, it is no longer my go to pizza.

Ordered a calzone that once I got home saw that it was burnt.which I picked apart so I didn’t have to eat burned food. It also wasn’t made correctly. Only small amount of ricotta cheese, on half side of calzone.the price you see online needs to be updated. Or I wasn’t charged the correct amount. You get charged more if you use a card vs cash
I ordered a large cheese pizza with half pepperoni and was shocked at how bad it was. The entire center for half the pizza was a cold, soggy wet mess. 2 slices were eaten bc my father was starving, other than that it was maybe the worst pizza I’ve ordered since moving to Lockport 4 years ago. I also couldn’t believe that the pizza was 28 bucks lol. This isn’t NYC. Probably won’t risk ordering from them again.

Just had pizza and wings from here tonight and probably the worst food I've ever had. The guy in the kitchen was super nice when I picked up and gave me extra wings, so nice! After that being said the wings were average and the pizza was terrible. Under cooked and tasteless. It's hard to find good pizza in the Lockport area. So disappointing!!!

I ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, onions and green peppers. When we picked it up, it was so soggy they put it into a second box. We got it home and most of the pizza was stuck so bad to the box, you couldn't eat it. We called and were often a free pizza. So, we picked up the second pizza and the same thing happened. The gentleman said, "That happens when you order peppers" Well, it hasn't happened anywhere else!! Never going back again!!
