What happened to this place? It wasn't the best but this Wendy's has become awful. Just the other day when I went, it was a disaster. Despite there being only 4 customers in the building and 0 in line, I had to wait 4 minutes for someone to take my order at the register. It may have been a nearby waiting customer or an employee themselves, but someone close by bore the stench of drugs, they smelled horrible. Once someone finally did come to the register to take my order, I went to the bathroom afterwards to wash my hands. In the stall, pants down, was an employee using the toilet, stall door wide open, no attempt to close it. It was disgusting. I couldn't believe an employee acted in this manner. I checked later before I left the building, the lock to the stall was not broken and completely functional. Once I finally got my food, the drink machine was broken and not working properly, the flavors were horrible and all out of whack. I got something to go via the mobile app using my rewards, and when I approached the counter, the employee there was very rude and also bore a foul odor. I'm not sure what happened to this Wendy's but now it is like a savage animal house. There is a Burger King right across the street at a McDonald's just up the road, so this Wendy's isn't even the only fast food option within walking distance, spare yourself coming here.Parking: Normal Parking Lot.

They messed up and made us pay $36 for a sandwich and a wrap meal and 2 frosties and we ordered 2 burgers and a wrap meal and they didn’t give us the 2nd burger and ripped us off

We stopped in yesterday for 2 fish sandwiches, their computers crashed so they couldn't use the register. They charged me $7.00 each for 2 fish sandwiches ($14.00) then we got 2 medium frostys and medium fries. For $26.00 - we did not get a receipt because, again, they didn't have computer access. The fish sandwiches both were well done so not very tasty, the rest of the meals were average. We get outside and the Wendy's Sign shows 2 fish sandwiches for $ 6.00 which means we were over charged by $8.00 - because we were in there so long waiting on their computers to come up that never did, we left figuring can't fight without a receipt but I will tell you NEVER AGAIN!

I have been sitting here for almost a hour,waiting for my food. These people suck.
This is the second or third time they shortest us food. Not only that but they screwed up the original order and made my father drive back around and get back in line for their mistake. Going downhill.

Normally this restaurant is very quick, but I stopped by two evenings this month, and the drive thru line just didn't move. Both times the signs were not lit, though there were lights on inside. After more than five minutes of the car at the speaker not moving, I started to fear it was closed, and left. This evening at 9:30, the signs were off and the line was frozen again, so I gave up. I would be more willing to wait if I was actually sure they were open. When I drove by later, a car was at the pickup window, so presumably someone was able to order. If you try it, just be prepared for a wait.
