Sad and surprised to see the bad reviews. My fiancé and I are getting married here in November and our experience has been nothing but great. We were offered a complimentary dinner in lieu of a tasting due to our smaller wedding package and our dinner was excellent, as was the service. In December it was beautiful and quiet. My fiancé said that the salmon he ordered was one of the largest pieces of fish he'd ever seen in a restaurant. We've also previously had great experiences at the L'Onda Bar during the summer. The tacos were phenomenal. We'll update with any other observations after our wedding. It should be said that they're under new management and things are going well. Thank you to Devin and the team!

Worst dinner ever plus most expensive ever . For 2 days before Valentines day I was calling to make reservations but after 10 minutes on hold every time I had to drive there to make reservations thinking it might be busy for Valentines Day . But dining that day there were only 2 other tables on 2 diners . The food was disgusting for $110.00 each . I had the lobster ravoli and the pasta was so tough it couldnt be cut in half with a fork . The inside of the ravoli had a very tiny bit of lobster . My companion ordered the filet mignon medium rare . It was dry and tough . For $110.00 they threw in a glass of champagne and 2 horrible desert to be shared of a few small pieces of chololate cake the size of ring dings but not as tasty . Do not go to this place . Its horrible . Plus we thought it would be nice dining facing the ocean but the columns supporting the scaffolding were right in front of the window .

Both the server, and the service were very good. However, the food was average at best. I had the fish and chips and the batter on the fish was so salty. I had to peel it off. My wife said her meal was average.

This place blows my mind. People should be breaking down the doors to get in. The bar is excellent, food mediocre, decor is great. The views of the ocean are phenomenal. It's just not operating up to its potential.

Went for a late lunch on a Saturday. It was not crowded. In fact there was only one other table taken. They have a very small lunch menu. It took very forever just to be asked what we wanted to drink. Then again to be asked what we wanted to order. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese. You guessed it. It came with cheese. The waitress noticed and took it back. The chef scrapped off the cheese, went to eat a french fry and they were cold. There prices are ridiculous for the quality of food.

Wonderful food for lunch (really big nutritious salads, the meatballs are homemade & just fall apart; penne a la vodka is some of the best I've had). The ocean view was gorgeous, but being able to sit by the window and eat some of their delicious limited choices was great.

I love going here because of the view but the last few times they have been short staffed. Our waiter was very nice. The menu seems to have gotten smaller since my last visit. The music playing was not really dining appropriate. The view is spectacular!

We had breakfast there and there was not much flavor to the food. Eggs and potatoes were good, pancakes were not good and bacon was low in flavor. Very pricey for mediocre food, I wouldn't recommend.

Two of us stopped in for a quick drink each and they were very overpriced and far too sweet. This place is really noisy and tacky, and the food I saw being brought out looked kind of disgusting. IMO, if you're going to charge Manhattan prices you'd better have Manhattan quality food/drinks/atmosphere, especially when there are so many really good places to eat in Long Beach. Bartenders were nice & they're the reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one, buthonestly, I'd rather not return.

Tonight, The Atlantica provided me with one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. To start, the waitress just kind of stood next to our table and quietly asked us if we wanted water and if tap, sparkling, or still is good. When she returned with our water she stood there again quietly while we were looking at the drink menu and didn’t even ask if we wanted to order a drink. We ordered a couple alcoholic drinks. When she came back with our drinks, she took our food order, and it was at this point she introduced herself as our waitress for the night.Apparently bread is served at this restaurant, but it was never brought out to us automatically, we had to ask for it.When our food arrived, my burger was missing its signature shallot jam and also only had a drop of burger sauce on it. Our waitress never came by to ask how our food turned out. She continued to wait on and clean other tables while seemingly ignoring us. Twenty minutes passed by, she finally was in the vicinity of our table so I could flag her down and say that i needed shallot jam and burger sauce for my burger. She then grabbed my plate and said “let me take this to the back for you so they can put what you want on the burger”…instead of bringing out a side of the shallots and sauce for some reason. Another 5-10 minutes pass while I wait for my corrected food. When my food came back out, it was a complete mess. The cook threw on a ton of extra tomatoes, onions, pickles (on and under the burger), a little shallot jam, and burger sauce…spread all over and completely around covering every inch of the outside of the bun. I was hungry so I had no choice but to eat it since I figured we wouldn’t be seeing our waitress again any time soon. She never came over to ask how the burger was. It wasn’t until I finished my meal that she came over and asked if the burger was fixed. I told her it was absolutely not and it was a huge mess, but that I ate it anyway since I was hungry. The waitress said “well I’ll just take it off your check then.”Ten minutes pass and our waitress asks if we wanted anything else. We say no just the check. Another 15 minutes pass and our waitress passes by us and says she’ll bring the check over. Sure enough the burger was removed from the check. We paid and got out of there as fast as we could.I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience at any other restaurant. The waitress was extremely inattentive, the food was meh and when corrected was an absolute disaster, and no one even apologized about the error in my meal. I will never be returning to the Atlantica again.

My little family went here because we were staying at the hotel and were too tired to walk to the main strip. My husband and my burgers were just okay (they omitted the toppings on his for some reason) and our server never visited us to ask if we were okay. We had to flag her down while she was running to other tables. It was like we specifically were being ignored. The drinks were fine, so I guess the bar is better. It was Friday night, so they had a woman playing guitar, but she was way too loud even though we were nowhere near her. It didn't help that all the food is overpriced. ($26 for a mediocre burger?) We had to wait at least 20 minutes for her to come back so we could ask her for the check, then at least another 10 to actually give us the check. I left with a headache and $80 poorer. We're never going back, which is disappointing because the hotel is actually quite nice.

Wasn't very happy overall. We were being shown to our table and then asked to wait there as it was being cleaned. Not sure if another table was previously intended for us and this was a sort of ‘upgrade'. No biggie. It wasn't busy at all, yet it took forever for someone to greet us. We saw other tables enjoying fresh complimentary bread and we weren't offered any. Our sever seemed to completely forget about us even with others seated just a table away. Didn't ask how the food came out. Our drinks sat on empty for way too long. I mentioned it was our anniversary dinner in our reservation and...you guessed it - no acknowledgment with that either. By the end, I just wanted to take a few nice pictures and get out of there. The food was pretty good and we still left over 20% tip.
