Ordered at 3am through Uber eats.my delivery service was amazing, but the restaurant was terrible. Four sandwiches. 2x sourdough bacon egg and cheese and 2x sourdough sausage egg and cheese. They sent three bacon and one sausage. The bacon looks unreal. It wasn’t crispy and was not delicious. The bread wasn’t toasted either.But my complaint is the bacon…looks nothing like the advertisement and taste nothing like bacon.

So first the coffee is fantastic, they always make it how I like it. I ordered the bagel minis and they were stale. The next thing I ordered was one of the wake up wraps with NO EGG, and they gave me an egg. I ordered it through grubhub and SPECIFICALLY clicked no egg. What if I was allergic? Thankfully I am not, but I just don't like the eggs from dunkin'. They really need to pay attention to their online orders.

Got a dozen for nurses at the rehab. Gosh,they shrunk! I can't eat treats so no opinion on taste. They are pretty though. I asked how tips are divided up. The very courteous young woman said that tips were added to the paycheck. Sounded sketchy. Boo to her manager! Don't nickel and dime employees. Be fair to earn loyalty and trust.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, need help to open doors.

If I could give no stars, I would!! The people working at this branch are very incompetent!! They NEVER get your order right, and they have attitudes. The older Spanish girl and guy there on mornings have no business taking orders because they clearly speak but don't UNDERSTAND English. You ask for NO cheese, you get your sandwich, and it has cheese ( after repeating multiple times to her NO CHEESE). You ask or 2 sugars, they put 4. You tell them toasted dark, and they give you a sandwich barely toasted. It is time for new and more competent staff. The newer, younger girls are way more professional and can take and make an order as ASKED. Why am I spending MY money for them to make and give me what THEY want..smh. And then have an attitude when you address it. Almost every morning, it's the same thing!! Definitely won't be going back! It was only convenient because it's a drive thru.

Kimberly, at this location deserves a raise. America runs on Dunkin’ !!! More serious note, Kimberly every time has excellent customer service. I am new to Long Beach and I think that employees such as this is why Dunkin’ > Starbucks. Jeffrey also makes great drinks. Huge shout to Kimberly for being a true professional. Thank you for the hard work. This Dunkin is literally ran by hot Cheeto girls. Terrible terrible customer service. Will not be returning back.

I used the app to order ahead and for the third time they failed to read that I didn't want cheese on the sandwich. As I waited at the walk up in the cold she redid the sandwich , I said thank you and she said nothing and closed the window. At least sorry for getting it wrong or thanks for waiting. You lost a customer! Never again
