Got into a small disagreement with the owner’s daughter who runs the place. She was too quick to escalate it by screaming at me and my mother. But it got worse: some dude who seemed like he just got out of prison or rehab, gets in my face and says “That’s fam, that’s fam…” and then he wants to go outside to fight. (I don’t think the guy works there. Myb he does deliveries, or gets free food when they close.) Mind you. I’m with my mother. The MEN who work there broke it up. I completely lost respect for Gino’s Long Beach, and it’s a shame because me and my family have been going there, literally, for years.

Can't get the most basic pasta order correct. They forget the fresh mozzarella on the penne caprice every single time. I have to call and get a second delivery. Tonight, even the second delivery came without it. So now I have 2 lbs of penne with just tomato sauce going to waste. Clearly they have no one checking orders before they get bagged and sent out, even after a complaint. Total waste of $25.
