Best sushi in Long Beach! Whether you're dining in or taking out Himawari will satisfy at every point. Quality ingredients are used throughout each of their menu items. Ownership is present and amicable with every familiar face he sees. The staff is extremely hard working and on top of their responsibilities even on the busiest of nights.
Amazing lunch deal! $12 for miso soup, fresh mango salad, salmon, an egg roll, and Hibachi style fried rice! Went in around 3pm on a Wednesday and there was plenty of seating. Food came out quick and fresh. My hubby got two rolls and they were solid. There was street parking outside and it looked like it could easily accommodate groups.

I went here for a good dinner and was able to try a good spread of sushi for a reasonable cost.We started with the pork gyoza, which was nice and pan-fried with a side of the classic ginger sauce.
