The Allegria Hotel was a great place to visit. We had lunch there (my husband and me) and totally enjoyed it. The foot was delish, the view of the beach was lovely, and the cost was reasonable. There was also a really nice and helpful hostess, Lois, who answered some questions we had about things to do. Will definitely go here again.

Lauren served us and she's professional and very friendly. I come here often as I live next store. I usually want come when she's here as she makes me feel welcomed. Great views all year round. If I was having a gathering or an affair I would definitely keep this place in minf

Where do I start? Rooms were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable and room had no sound proofing. We could hear the music pumping from the rooftop party. The tile in our shower was completely cracked and we nearly cut our feet. The elevators were broken. The service at the restaurant was slower than a sloth and the food was sub par, seemed like reheated frozen stuff. The. Worst. Hotel. Not sure why they feel they have the right to charge as much as they do.

Place is disgusting!!!! Blood on the walls carpets and bed. Black mold everywhere. Don't stay here, service is the worst and the manager should be cleaning toilets instead of running this place. Stay away

Such a weird and at times uncomfortable hotel experience fora hotel that costs as much as it does. We checked in and were told our room type was overbooked, so they offered us an upgrade from our City View room to an Interior Suite. When we arrived in the room, it was the most dimly lit, poor decorated, and (worst of all) most filthy room you could imagine - the room looked out to the side of a building 10 feet away, tucked away on the street side on the third floor. If I had to guess, that’s the room that their workers stay in when they’re forced to work two shifts back to back and need a place to nap. The furniture was stained, it smelled weird, and the bed was not crisply made, as if someone had napped in it and then tried to put it back together. Pretty sure the toilet had pee in it too, it smelled weird and I didn’t check. We then asked to change rooms, and they were very accommodating. They moved us to a suite on the top floor facing the ocean - bingo right? The room was great and the view unbeatable, but for a $400/night hotel it was really poorly constructed. It looked like the contractors went through a rush job to get everything done in time - there was this weird sconce light on the wall that wouldn’t turn on and had exposed wires. The bathroom sink wasn’t caulked properly and the faucet was super loose. There was penciling all over the walls marking where the furniture was meant to be that the contractor must have forgot to erase. Seems like they could have been more precise for the price. One funny thing also happened - the next door neighbors were goofing around and hit the door connecting our room to theirs a little too hard. The door popped open and they got a view of my big bare butt pretty clearly. I wasn’t too broken up about it but they definitely didn’t have a good time. I didn’t mention any of this to management - I was there for a wedding and didn’t want to cause any disturbances. I wouldn’t stay there again, it was way too expensive and too few amenities. And I wouldn’t want to relive getting busted in on while I’m bending over to dry my feet post-shower again.

Lois, Marion and the staff of the Atlantica went above and beyond expectations to make my daughters 13th birthday party a huge success with over 20 something people in attendance they were on top of everything extremely proactive and things went as seamlessly as humanly possible are we couldn’t be more happy with the staff and the result the food quality was perfect. The service was beyond reproach and the ambience ians environment of watching the sunset right on the ocean and taking photos, Lois was kind enough to even take photos with us and for us to capture such a great milestone in our families history, so thank you again to Lois , Marian and the staff of the Atlantica I would highly recommend without reservation to all guests and travelers .

We were very pleased with our stay at the Allegria Hotel. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We opted for an oceanfront room and the view was so beautiful! We would absolutely choose this hotel, again.

Hotel is great. We had a Jr Suite. Huge, modern and very clean and comfortable. We loved being on the beach and boardwalk. You are only an hour from the city by car or by the LIRR which is in walking distance from the Hotel. The Beach is spectacular. Park Ave, only blocks from the beach, is full of wonderful restaurants of every kind. I highly recommend this Hotel if visiting Long Beach or surrounding area. Only 30-minute drive from JFK! Nice restaurant. Great service with a friendly staff. Especially Amanda who was a pleasure. Helpful and charming. Sincerely, Dave C

My husband was participating in the Ironman 70.3 in Jones Beach. We had very little choices as far as hotels near the race. We decided on this one because of that. It also says it's a "luxury" hotel and it looked new. Again, we had little to choose from so this seemed like a great place to spend the day before the race on Saturday. When we arrived our room wasn't ready. We asked the front desk to downgrade us so we could be next to my mother in law and cousin. The girl said she would note it. We go back a few hours later and they tell us our room isn't ready and we were a few floors from my mother in law. Also they said we never checked in (confused expression). After we literally beg for a downgrade(we originally had ocean view) we were given an interior view room one door down from my MIL. Upon walking in I noticed a very "luxurious" view of pigeon sh*t. Not kidding. Check out my pic. It's was disgusting at best. Next was the bench that the phone was placed on. Not a table. A bench you sit on. Like they couldn't provide a table for the phone? In a "luxury" property? As I started to notice it was clear this place was a Home Depot special. It was like they tried to decorate it all modern and fancy, but did it on the cheap. The super cheap. I figured it was one night at this "luxury hotel" so how bad could it be. Fast forward to 2am and the fire alarm starts going off! There we stood, on the street with fire trucks and cop cars. My husband had to be up in 2 hours and we had no idea what was going on. About an hour later we find out there was a small electric issue on the 8th floor. When we finally got back to our room, we had had it. We woke up and went to the race . Hubby came in 3rd in his age group. There was also a tropical storm that day so when we got back from the race we were super wet and needed to check out. We asked the front desk (staff is about as unfriendly as you can get) and we told them our keys didn't work. They replied "well your check out was 12!" And I said "I understand, but it's like 12:05 and our stuff is in the room- maybe we could grab it or is the hotel keeping it?" Then the happy girl rolled her eyes and made me a new key. Fast forward a month later and our credit card bill was charged $540... yep you see that right! $540 bucks! We reported them to the BBB, Chamber of Commerce and Visa. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there. I can't say you have a million choices in that area, but I would suggest pitching a tent on the beach of worse comes to worse.

The food at the restaurant was definitely not “hotel” food but unique, homemade tasting and perfect for lunch with an ocean view. The cosmopolitan was well poured and prepared. The meatballs were so homemade it a s better than most Italian places I’ve been in Manhattan. Yummy.

Hotel was fine, lobby needs some repairs Great location Pricey but there for a friends wedding so it was convenient. The mezzanine bar has great staff and service. Did not eat in restaurant but menu looked great.

Such a pretty location but this place needs a total replace of all staff and a repair of many things. The front desk staff is really clueless, the hotel restaurant is terrible and things are broken. We had to get our AC fixed twice, our friends toilet didn’t work, and other assorted problem. They installed the room card system on Thursday and when we showed up on Friday, the system wasn’t working so people were going repeatedly to get new cards. The front desk finally just started giving out physical keys to everyone. Obviously you don’t install a system the day before a peak weekend. Just another example of poor management. Pls get competent management to fix this place. It has great potential.

I came for a beachfront getaway with my family from the Bronx this past weekend and we fell in love with the hotel as soon as we walked in! The lobby was beautiful, clean, and bustling with guests and with welcoming staff that helped us check in. While I don't recall the name of who checked in my first room, Denise was super helpful checking in my second room and directing us with the beach access. The beachfront view room we had was stunning, it was cornered and overlooked both the boardwalk AND the beach which we must say, the view is something we couldn't get enough of! We also went to the roof top pool which also had a stunning view of the ocean and visited L'Onda bar for a drink and we absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back again in the future!

We sat at bar and had a great time, Laureen served us and was so professional and friendly, If you looking for a place to sit and see the Ocean, and relax and have a drink, its a great place but I think we got lucky, having a such a professional bartender,
