Horrible terrible most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The waitress said us at a reserve table right next to the band, which was so loud. I cannot have a conversation with the two other people that were with me.I asked the waitress to bring us to another table away from the Loudon music. She said that there were none available..And then complain to the manager. He was rude obnoxious, and could care less that my entire experience at this restaurant was a disaster..I paid $200 cash, including a generous tip. I will never go back to this place ever again..

To expensive for Mexican .. Fajitas warm not presented right for $30House margaritas $5 in bar area $12 on other side of wall !! If you sit at bar & get the deals then worth it ... Otherwise ...No!!!

The food was actually good but the waitress added a full secondary order of sour cream for the entre instead of just a small amount to add to the entre. This was brought to her attention when the check was brought. She brought the manager over who actually told us that sour cream was expensive and that you ordered a side order. He'd rather lose a repeat customer than remove the cost of a side order, which went mostly uneaten except for a teaspoon. Very disappointing in his handling of the incident.

The manager at this restaurant is the most rude man I have ever experienced. No wonder the place was empty. I would never go back. We were a party of 6 and spent a lot of money yet we were not treated as a priority in this empty restaurant. Multiple order issues and billing errors and an attitude when questioned. No thank you. Plenty of other wonderful restaurants around here!

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The menu has a large variety to order from. Food is always good. Service is excellent. Nice ambiance. Usually on Friday nights there's a performer. They also have a photographer there now that takes picture. Parking available. On Friday nights after 7:30/8pm there's usually always seats available without reservation.

The food was great, pina colada was tasty and the service was good! We loved the calamari and the fresh guacamole! Dinner was very savory! Other than the loud table next to us I would 10/10 recommend the food.

I need to preface this review with the disclaimer that I am not a Karen and have never left a negative review beforeI ordered, and paid for, a pina colada on the app. While I was driving, they had called me and told me that they couldn’t process an order of just drinks and I would need to order food. Okay no problem. They then told me that I couldn’t order food while on the phone with them and I would need to place another order through the app.I place an order for chips and guac, and pay for ANOTHER pina colada. When I get to pick up, I explain that I was the one who was on the phone with them, and asked if I could get the other pina colada since I paid for it, and I ordered food. That’s where they said that it was not possible, so I asked if I could please get a refund. Then the manager came, and said that I would need to call customer service. Okay, again no problem. But when I asked for the number, he didn’t have it and no one could help me. I asked one more time if since I paid for both drinks if I could please just get the one I ordered and his response was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I am very disappointed, especially since it’s my first time here.

A truly exceptional experience! The margaritas were very solid (I had cucumber, Beloved had the Patron Perfect Margarita), and our lunches were perfect, too! The Ropa vieja Mexicano was the best I've ever had, and the veggie quesadilla was fantastic. I also loved the art and decor, and the service was tremendous. An all-around great meal.

I want to start by saying that the waitress was terrific. The service was good. With that being said, the food was trash. I ordered the ceviche, and if I wanted salsa with ketchup in it, then that's what I would've asked for because I only picked out about 4 shrimp. If it weren't for my friends and a good vibe, the night would've been a disaster; why does a Mexican restaurant have a Caucasian man on the mic singing 80s rock 'n' roll? It is beyond me, not what I expected on a Friday night. It was my friend's birthday, and they didn't even have the mariachi.Lastly, the most appalling and disgusting thing that happened towards the end of the night. I make my way to the bathroom, open the door, and there is a 60-year-old white woman smoking crack. When she realizes she is caught, she stuffs the glass pipe in her wallet and scurries her nasty ass out of the bathroom. Is this what the demographic looks like in Long Beach? This is disgusting, and Margaritas café needs to step their security. Never coming to this location again I have had a much better experience with the East Meadow location.
