We loved it. We had some wings and a pizza. The pizza was made fresh and it was very tasty indeed. There was only 3 tables including us, so it was somewhat quiet. The server was really good and efficient.

Low quality of management and communication. Avoid it… if you eat in person, you may have a better experience. Pizzas are good, if the kitchen makes them.. spent 45 mins waiting beyond the scheduled pickup time and still never got any food, nor an

I came here for a birthday in the party room on the 13th floor. The service was very good. The people attending to us were very attentive and accommodating to our needs.I went downstairs to the bar and the bartender, Renee, was super sweet. She was easy to talk to and helped me with finding a cocktail for the birthday girl. If you do get to visit while she’s there, her “Frida” and Kamikaze with cranberry juice were my personal favorites of the night.Thank you so much and I hope to visit again soon!!

I'm awarding this place only two stars, solely due to one dish. Despite having a fantastic and friendly staff and a great atmosphere, my disappointment stems from a recent change. We've been loyal customers for years, always ordering the same dish—our go-to for clams and pizza. The joy of dipping pizza in the red clam juice was heavenly, but they recently altered the clam sauce without checking if customers liked the change. It's unfortunate, and I hope they bring back the original sauce or refrain from further alterations, as the current menu is genuinely excellent.

I ordered their margarita pizza, which I thought was small when it arrived. After I finished it with my husband, we realized that was the perfect amount. If you're interested in portion, control,

Finally tried Beebe's the night before we left New York. The pomodoro sauce and house made ricotta are wonderful, the rosemary flatbread more-ish and the rigatoni cacio e pepe is balanced. My only regret is over-ordering and not being able to try a dessert. The staff are friendly and informative. Very good quality at a reasonable price.

Had a lunch today with my co-workers. Food was great but our waitress looked so tired and ready to go home, that gave us really awkward time. I also asked her for a birthday candle with the desert, (we were celebrating our boss’s birthday) which she never brought. Big disappointment.Overall, if you are lucky enough to get a nice service, the food and atmosphere is really good.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the subway that drops you into central Manhattan in just a few stops, hugely convenient but far enough away that you can experience staying in a real neighbourhood at much more affordable price. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean with a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. The pizzas and fresh coffee and pastries were a treat and of the highest quality but the icing on the cake was the staff who were courteous, helpful, and friendly. A wonderful stay in NYC and a highly recommended hotel.

This was my first time at Boro Hotel. I spent a week there visiting family and it was great! The room was compact but had everything I needed like a big bed, nice bathroom with a great rain shower, bottles of water and a safe to store valuables in. It was quiet so great for sleeping and even had a balcony with a skyline view of Manhattan. Elevator service was especially good, I only waited a few seconds to get down to the peaceful vibe of the lobby in the morning to get my free coffee. I ate at the restaurant, Beebe's, in the lobby 3 times and it was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the location is great, being able to walk to the nearby subway station to get into Manhattan or to some of the nearby deli's and restaurants. I will definitely stay at Boro Hotel again next time I am traveling to the area.

We had a great time, staff, food, bar where all wonderful. Loved the industrial design, look and feel. Our view from the room overlooking Manhattan was stunning. We were in for my mothers funeral, the location was spot on.

When looking for a hotel for my birthday weekend, I was shocked at how expensive the hotels in Manhattan have been since my last stay just weeks before the pandemic ($350/night for a room at Holiday Inn Express?). I found out about the Boro Hotel and decided to give it a shot. Hotel: *I booked a standard King/Queen, and the room was spacious and clean with a wall of windows that while not a stunning Manhattan view, still had great views of the neighborhood. And as someone who is squeamish about hotel carpets, I really appreciated the hardwood floors. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. My only nitpick is there should be a second night table in each room so guests have somewhere to place their devices while they're charging. I had to move the desk chair next to the outlet to charge mine. Mini fridges are available only by request. It would have been nice to have it as a standard amenity, but not a deal breaker. *The staff was great. Always pleasant and helpful. If you want daily housekeeping, you have to let the front desk know upon check-in. Location: *The nearest subway station (39th Ave/Dutch Kills) is about a five-minute walk, with Manhattan less than 10 minutes away via the N or W train. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but there are plenty of bodegas and restaurants (I recommend the hotel restaurant Beebe's, as well as John Brown's Barbeque, Samosa Bites, and Cafe Xochimilco). Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would definitely come back.

Clean, basic, design-forward hotel with accommodating staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient to Astoria and Long Island Cty. On-street parking only. Great—spectacular—views from upper floors on the city side.
