Ordered four bento boxes to be picked up on a Sunday morning around 11:30am. They were always very quick to respond to my email inquiries. Very satisfied and great food!

First-time order for meal kits. I've been eagerly awaiting this opportunity since I live in Texas, and now they deliver to my area! The package was securely sealed, and everything remained cold. Reheating was a breeze with a simple "Just Boil" method, ensuring the food retained its moisture and delicious texture. Ideal for Japanese food enthusiasts, this meal kit is a time-saving solution for preparing lunch during hectic mornings. I'll definitely order again.

I wish I had known about this spot sooner. I've been ordering their daily benton on their website. The food is so yummy and a well balanced meal. They deliver for free in LIC and give you $1 discount if you pay in cash. So each benton ends up costing only $10 with tax and its free delivery! Definitely recommend ordering on their website before 10am to get you order in to deliver the day of or you can book up to 4 days in advance.

This place makes bento for pick up and delivery. They have several different kinds of daily bento menu. I see other reviews of not getting delivery probably because there are misunderstandings. This place is not a restaurant. It's the best to go to their website ( and order before 10am for lunch order. Trust me it's worth a little extra effort than clicking and ordering on Seamless (they do take orders on Seamless tho!). I really wish I had known this place sooner. The food is so authentic it makes me think of home. The food is very healthy, beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious!! I'm still thinking how delicious my lunch was today. Far beyond my expectations. You can find Japanese food anywhere these days but this is one of very few places where you can taste real Japanese food in NYC. Now I'm wfh and too busy taking care of my baby, I'm ordering from this place everyday. Ahhh Benton makes me so happy :D

Ordered from this place for delivery, they cancelled the order and didn't even call to notify they would be cancelling the order. Very disappointing!

Great place for Japanese bentos and their ramen is soooo good! We have been working from home in astoria and order lunch from them quite frequently. Great option for authentic Japanese food.

Found this delivery and takeout only spot after I got a flyer on my car. They sell a collection of food from ramen, Kara agi (fried chicken), yakisoba (japanese noodles), bento boxes, salmon teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, potato salad, and some japanese grocery items like rice, instant noodles, and drinks. Most of the prepared food is room temperature or chilled as it is made the day before or day of as they work through delivery logistics, so it will take some heating up. We tried everything I have mentioned above and have loved it all. The ramen broth especially is deep, complex, and delicious. Their bento boxes are a killer deal with many health conscious options of that is something you're looking for.As a side note, I suspect the delivery drivers are part owners as they have always been super friendly when speaking with them in person. All n' all a solid spot.

The people who work here are helpful and friendly. Everything is always quick and easy. Perfect for a New Yorker. The best UPS store!

Thoroughly disappointed by this restaurant. I ordered delivery through Seamless only to find out that they canceled my order. No phone call to say that the order had been canceled, either. If their in house service is anything like their online service, they're due for a quick closing. I won't be patronizing this restaurant - in person or via a delivery app.

I opted to pick up a package from an electronics retailer from this store and was welcomed in a cheerful manner by the counter person. He was very helpful and professional and I will definitely be back when I need any of their services!

I'm not sure if this is standard but the Bell Blvd UPS store charges $2.00 to print out an email label. They also charge for a strip of tape for your package. Not even USPS charges for tape.. I feel this is extremely petty when it comes to customer service. The last time I went, I left my tape for others to use if needed. The parking takes longer than the actual visit at the store. In my experience, the Little Neck and Great Neck location has never charged for printing of the email label or a strip of tape needed to close up a standard 8x5 box. Employees are nice though.

Super awesome guys. They print shipping labels for you for $2. My phone was acting up and I was keeping them a few minutes past close, but they were super accommodating and got it done for me.

Very rude and unhelpful. The guys who work here are clueless. The other UPS store nearby is 100% more helpful. These guys really just get off on being jerks.

I had a horrible experience at the bay bridge shopping center ups store. I was waiting half an hour for the guy to pul out the receipt to ship out something and after that he said he couldn't do it. He called the representative from the company I was sending out the package and they were telling him that they created new label and still he wasn't able. At the end the representative told me to go to another ups location to try to do it. I did go to 39 ave and they did it in a second. Of course is very difficult to park there but the people are friendlier and they doing their job instead of being lazy.
