there are always bdays happening so dont expect your food to take priority over the group orders. it can be about an hour for a pizza. pizza was good though.staff were nice enough, but you're mostly on your own here.brought 5yo son, he did everything and got bored after. i'd say 10 or 20 bucks is enoughthis place is not the chuck-e-cheese of your millennial childhood. it is an office floor, with grey carpet and some arcade machines.Parking: park across the st, at hmart or bjs lot is fine

Who doesn't love Chuck e cheese.. Pizza was good. 'Better than dominoes' I over heard. Was baes guest for a bday party. Pizza had cheese filled dough. Highly recommend . Chicken wings were ok. .

First time here. I was total unaware about everything. Whoever was working at the front desk - lady was super nice. She helped me understand about the card and how to use it. It just nice to know someone like that working at the front desk and helping people specially nowadays. We enjoyed it and it was very spacious.

Affordable place. However, they do QR codes where you order your food online. On the table it says “We bring your food to you” They do not. We waited over 1 hour to find out the pizza was sitting on the counter the entire time. The phone does not tell you when the order is ready and no one comes to you. The place also looks abandoned and smells old. Place should be closed or renovated. Escalators don’t work. Employees more focused on cleaning up to go home than serving people. It was only 5:30PM. Lol

For the children to play more or less, but to eat there is a robbery and the food is of very poor quality. After trying it, my daughter became sick and wanted to vomit.
James the manager made our experience really awesome. He was very nice and also made sure our experience was organized, fun, and flawless. Thank you James and to the rest of the team for an awesome birthday for my son!

Fernanda is the worse manager/employee I have ever witnessed run Chuck E. Cheese if this place actually had any sense she should not have a manager title I would like to think Chuck e cheese is a family oriented place and based off her demeanor she shouldn’t be around a work environment that involves being around people
