very friendly staff and delicious food. i placed an order on the app and they were very kind and helpful with making a substitution for an item they were sold out of. will definitely come back to this location!

They don't use gloves and prepare your food with there hands. Most of the time when I do have to go it's usually not the cleanest and even if it's empty it takes a while before anyone comes to the register.

I use this Dunkin when I have to take the 7 train to work and it's convenient and the coffee is fine. The downside of this is if you order ahead on the app, they don't make the pre-orders accessible to customers. You have to wait for someone (or try desperately to get their attention) so they can give you your order. It's frustrating seeing your coffee sitting their waiting for you but not being able to get anyone to give it to you. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and the way it is set up, there's a big display along with equipment between you and the staff and where the pre-orders are so they are very efficient at ignoring folks waiting to pick up their orders.

I went in to purchase a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Sausage was not cooked all the way. This store should be checked by a health inspector.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I live across the street and have been into the Dunkin multiple times for a hot coffeee. Every. Single. Time....the service is awful. The employees are miserable - doing the bare minimum without a smile, hello, or thank you. How can you be in such a grumpy mood when you're around sugary sweets and coffee all day long?As for the coffee, it's fine and does the trick.

i bought a dozen donuts and picked the flavors I wanted, the staff was rude because I took few mins to do that, they were making faces and talking to each other in Bengali, it was not busy, there were no other customer waiting in line, I was not rude in any way, does Dunkin care how the customers are treated? why are the staff not trained? awful experience!!
Incompetent gets your order wrong because they don't understand English. Then resort to talking about you in their language. Have a nasty attitude. I don't encounter this type of service anywhere else in this neighborhood. This is the only business. I don't recommend this place. I don't trust them with my food based on how I was treated on 2 different occasions

The worst coffee in my life! It was water with milk disgusting! I ordered a choco muffin, but I got a muffin with cinnamon I hate cinnamon. I threw the whole order in the trash! Not recommend!

I've been to many Dunkin Donuts location but this is one of the good ones. They have good customer service (pretty consistent to me). I get the same thing--caramel iced coffee with cream. I definitely recommend this location.
