I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and instead I got a rock. This bagel was totally burnt and it felt like eating a rock because of how hard it was. I didn’t expect this from Dunkin and I will surely never come back. Very Disappointed.

I was visiting a friend in the area and I have to say I wished I lived near this Dunkin’. The service is outstanding and my order was prepared in seconds. I was baffled and could not believe my drink and food was in front of me at that rate. I appreciate how kind and efficient the staff are. The prices were also significantly lower than what I pay in my neighborhood or workplace. I wish more franchise owners would use this one as the model to follow. Thank you!

They don’t put any care into their orders. I understand if it was like this when they were busy, but when no one is in the store they constantly refuse to read orders and forget to put in either cream or sugar. They don’t fully cook their wake up wraps and often just throw the ingredients in the bag without bothering to assemble. Also I’ve never once been greeted when I enter. I always say hello and thank you and it has never once been returned or acknowledged. I know it’s just a dunkin and I don’t expect anything amazing, but if they were to put in just a tiny bit more effort it would go a long way.

BEWARE you may not receive your paid order especially if you are not white!I always order on the mobile app and PAID with my own credit card my hard earn moneyp I am also a frequent customer at this store!However my order was missing twice and this time they refused to fullfil it claiming it never went through. But I was charged and there is a record of it in my appI am upset that they assumed I was lying and Dunkin did not help either although the amount is small but it is their attitude that made me angry.So beware you may not receive your mobile order, labeled a thief and you may be heckled by some crazy people demanding money from you.I am sad that this is happening in my wonderful neighborhood.

It's my neighborhood Dunkin and it has never disappointed me! I usually order ahead via the app and when I arrive, my order is already waiting for me.In addition, they keep the place pretty clean and tidy. What more can one ask for?Finally - if you're not in a rush, they have some seating inside for your convenience.Pro-tip: Love ice cream? Good! Me too! They have a Baskin Robbins section in the back. ? ?

This is the best Dunkin location I have ever been to. They are so fast and pleasant. Great customer service. They always deliver! The team there should train the other locations because they are the best.

i have visited this dd a few time in astoria on broadway not for donuts but for the baskin robbins stuff in the back area. place has been renovated a few years ago and they put back a few spread apart tables for the nocturnal dwellers. this area has plenty of foot traffic all day and night so having a corner dd works for the locals.

They are soo rude here, it’s almost funny…I’m not sure if people of every race experience that. But the way they are so short in their speaking, never greet me, and will literally WAVE/FAN/quickly hand brush (whatever you call it) me away as soon as the order is placed, is sooo rude! But then the next customers (white & East Asian) were greeted warmly. I’ve been to this location maybe 5 times and it’s never pleasant. I’ll avoid going. (Starbucks customer service is 100x better for more selection & the that drinks taste better. Or any other small coffee shop is better)

Just a normal Dunkin. Decent iced coffee and they has the glazed blueberry donut I like here. Clean looking. Baskin Robbins in the back. Still no tables to sit at as they haven't put them back due to covid restrictions I guess. Ok service .
