This place is not great, not good, just ok.First, it was a Friday night, and we paid for the birthday package. Our waitress didn't speak no English so asking her to take our order was a hassle. We had to write our orders on her phone. Then the drinks I ordered I never got after an hour passed. Had to ask the same waitress for the drinks. Then, the music that was played was 80 percent Spanish music. The RNB/Hiphop music that was played was from the 90s, early 2000s. Nothing wrong with Spanish music. I could two step and head bop to it, but even then, the Spanish music was recycled ♻️ within a 2 hour time span. The food was ok, not bad, however the drinks was watered down. If not for shots from the bottles of the birthday package, it would've been an expensive sober night ?

Me and my friend casually passed by and gave this place a try, without a doubt it was the BEST decision we made! We love this place and its our go-to spot now. The music is great, they have great deals on their drinks and food for happy hour. The place is very clean and very well organized. The aesthetic is amazing too super great for pictures! And if youre sitting at the bar youll meet the greatest bartender ever, Francisco!!!! Hes the best, has great energy, Makes great drinks and gives great recommendations on drinks when we’re indecisive. Francisco is the real reason we love it there so much! :) overall great place!

This past Sunday I went to 3308 to have a drink with my friends. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but that’s not the option. Which sucks because the Dj was very good and kept up there for a little over 90 min. When the server came around we ordered our drinks and 2/3 drinks were incorrect. Not only that we had to wait an excessive time to get our drinks, there was no sense of urgency to serve us and the establishment was not busy. Our server name was Alexandra, She upcharged us for top shelf liquor that we didn’t order. She was rude and and argued that this what was requested(when my two friends don’t even drink VSOP). I don’t understand how specific you can get when you ask for a henny ginger ale. Also we were offered complimentary tacos on Sunday special I guess and our tacos were ate in the kitchen because we never received them. Shortly after speaking with management it was obvious that this is what this establishment tells their servers to upcharge if you don’t specify. They did not try to solve our issue, he made it seem like we were drunk only after 1 round of drinks and two shots. On the bottom of the receipt it states if your bill is over 100 they add automatic grat And I’m just gonna assume this is why they try to sell their top shelf to get to the point quicker. As a bartender I understand we are there to make our business money and ourselves but this is absolutely unacceptable. It was never about the money just principal. Will never return to that spot ever again.

Do not go here. The owner is incredibly rude. We paid a lot of money for drinks for myself and friends and 5 minutes after we paid multiple staff approached us to leave immediately. The bar was not busy on one of the busiest nights out of the year and yet we were asked to leave after spending $250 dollars moments after we paid to “make space” when it was not packed. Take your money elsewhere in Astoria. Embarrassing.

They knowingly used my card repeatedly when a customer from another bar that I was at stole it and brought it to pay for multiple tabs here. Also goes to show the kind of trashy people who go here. If you took my card and used it here and are reading this, you are scum.

They changed this place up a lot. The drinks are ok, music is good, I didn't try their food this time, but I had tried their wings about a year ago or so, and they weren't my favorite. Never really ordered food after that. I do miss their old bartenders, I believe Pancho was one of their name. He used to make my favorite drink on point and then surprised me with a few other drinks, and he never failed!! He used to be very attentive as well. But they are all gone now and have new people. I saw the other reviews and completely agree with them. It used to be a fun place to have some drinks and dance, but it just changed so much. I won't be going back since I did see a review mentioning safety issues. I mainly go with my husband, and I definitely don't need a night out that will end in problems.

One of the most embarrassing establishments I’ve been to. They didn’t allow my service dog and I to stay even after we provided all proper documentation. They verified it and we were still kicked out by the manager who didn’t even show his/her face.
