Stumbled upon this food truck while walking around Manhattan. Food came out quickly and service was great as well. I ate the food in the nearby park, by the BookOff. Very fresh and amazing price! Can't beat the $10! Thanks again!

Just dropped by for the first time (embarrassingly) after a coworker recommendation, one of those places I've walked by 100 times and somehow never stopped it. And now it's going to be a regular in the rotation!I got their grilled chicken set (#2) and it was delicious - the chicken itself was amazingly well marinated and flavorful, the rice cooked perfectly to join with it - and man their sweet/mildly-spicy thai sauce they give you to go with it is pure heaven. The soup they give is very mild but pleasant. Their serving system felt slightly chaotic for a newbie, but it worked perfectly well, the woman working had a perfect memory and nailed people in order.Highly recommend!

This is a food truck that’s usually parked on Jackson Ave next to Jackson Park building. This is probably the best 10 dollar meal you can get in LIC. You get rice, chicken, soup, and sauce for 9-10 dollars. Amazing food, nothing to complain about. We get this very often when we don’t know what else to eat.

Best chicken rice! such a comforting meal I feel like every chicken rice place does their soup a bit differently and theirs reminds me of Korean radish soup!

This place has probably the best bang for buck value for khao man gai I've ever had. A solid amount of food for 9$. No bones either!

I really debated between a 4-star and 5-star, but ultimately decided to go 5.Khao Man Gai is my absolute favorite meal. I live in Portland, home to the famous Nong's Khao Man Gai (originally a food cart, now with several locations). Nong's introduced me to the extreme perfection of steamed Khao Man Gai, served with soup on the side, and a tangy sauce. I am assuming that is probably similar to what is served here, when you select the "Steamed" option (they have 3 -- Steamed, Grilled, or Fried). However, when I arrived a bit later in the evening (around 8PM), they had sold out of everything except fried chicken. So, fried chicken is what I got. It was very good. I liked the fresh vegetables (cucumber, lettuce, tomato), and the garlic rice was very flavorful. The chicken was darker meat (perhaps thigh?), cut in strips after fry. It was served with sweet chili sauce, which was good, although I prefer the tangier sauce that Nong's has. I also enjoyed the broth -- it had some corn in it, which was different than what I was used to.I'd suggest trying the steamed, if it is available. I suspect that the chicken itself would be more moist, and of course it is probably healthier.Give this a shot. It is inexpensive, and quite good.

Got the fried chicken, $10. Overall was good, 7.25/10. Came with a sweet chili sauce and small thing of soup.
