The staff simply doesn't pay attention to the orders, they have systems in play but obviously those don't work. I mean I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel entitled #4 but what I got was a breakfast platter with toast instead of a bagel and soggy home fries! I would've been better off going to a street cart on Queens Blvd.

Nice lunch deli, low key with cheap prices. Good deli sandwiches.
This place should be shut down. The owner is an unfriendly man who does not have the slightest clue of what customer service is. The food is disgusting, nothing I've ever eaten at this place is edible. I saw a roach crawling on the counter where they make sandwiches. I also witnessed one of the men in the back kitchen carrying a large chunk of raw meat from the kitchen to another area, and as it dangled in his hand it brushed against an open garbage can. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here.
