Cute place bur 0/3 guests enjoyed the food and the service was slow, unfriendly, and SLOW. Vegan options are bad. No reason to pay so much for this stuff.

Its would be a nice place ,service is ok ,however foods is made from cheap ingredients and unhealthy All is deep-fried ,trans -fat greasy and sweet sugary ,boring…The drinks is water down, lots of ice no alcohol tasteless..it’s the way for a short and sick life if you lived over the night without a heart attack !

There was open seating outside literally nobody there, so I sat down with Service animal A server named Frank asked me to get up and said elsewhere I told him I’m actually already sitting here. Would it be a problem if I just sit here he said no you can move and sit at the end over there very aggressive. Super rude if you do go there don’t interact or have Frank serve you horrible person.Other than that the food is great.

Yummy Southern confort food! Many meals contain seafood; notify staff of allergens so they can limit cross-contamination for your meal. I have a mild seafood allergy and did not experience issues avoiding it.Dietary restrictions: Notify staff of allergens! Many meals contain seafood, but they can try to limit cross-contamination for your meal. The food was great! We had chick&waffle and seafood jambalaya, they were both delicious. The staff was very kind and nice, they offer us high chair before we asked. The atmosphere was great and we love the decoration and the design of the store, very well curated! Highly recommend this restaurant and will be back soon! We didn’t make reservation in advance but I think for dinner hour you might need to do so, because it was almost full house during lunch hour in weekend today.Kid-friendliness: Staff was kind and offered us high chair before we asked!

I thought the shrimp and grits was ok, but I may just not be a fan of grits. My friend ordered a breakfast platter which was a huge portion with a lot of variety. I also had a banana pudding, but it was too much cream with not enough wafer. Service was friendly, but too slow - place seems understaffed. I would come back to try their gumbo, or to have a breakfast platter myself.

Even though the prices are high, know that the portions are huge! It can easily be split into two separate meals or shared between two people (unless you're reaaally hungry)I recommend the gumbo with rice and corn bread. I usually dip the corn bread in the broth, and it's delicious. If I made more money, I would get the jambalaya and pour some gumbo over it!I wanna try the hushpuppies the next time I order.

Very friendly staff and flavorful food. Make sure to save room for dessert! Only complaint would be that the desserts were too delish to be that

Food was pretty good, a bit overpriced for Cajun food. I really liked the blackened fish but the shrimp was just okay. Staff was hesitant to seat us which was weird because there was a table right next to us. Work on better customer service!

Sugar freaks is one of my favorite places for a weekend brunch. The bottomless paired with the fried chicken basket is to die for.

Overall, a decent experience. Came here during brunch, and ordered two Po' Boys . They tasted fresh and delicious, fries were also very good. We did wait around 35 minutes to get our food so come here with lots of time.
