Really bad experience, the customer service experience was worst. Especially the manager didn’t have the antiquates to attend the customers, her tone was really bad she was kinda shouting when we went over the counter to get a table for dine in. She refused to gave us the table by saying that dine in is closed. After 30 mins waiting there other guests came and she gave them the table which is ridiculous and unacceptable and disrespectful for the customers. No customer ethics at all.

The food is consistently delicious. They have a huge variety of items on their menu and all of them are very flavorful especially the beef kabab. The mixed grill is a very generous platter packed with flavor and various meats. The owner is such a nice guy, he saw our toddler upset and not feeling well, gave her candy, made her laugh, gave our table free dessert for the wait. It does get packed and the wait may be very long but that’s because it’s not a huge restaurant and they try to accommodate as much as they can.
This rastaurant has a nice ambiance. We ordered their one of their mix grill. that was yummy btw. In drink, I ordered lemonade, so it was just okay. Lamb was good. I'll come again!
