Today was my birthday and I wanted to try D’Raymonds because I’ve heard so much about it. Well done it might just be my new favorite restaurant. Food was perfect and lots of it. Our Server, Laura was Outstanding , friendly , Attentive , Perfect. There were so much to choose from. I can’t wait to go back. My son wants to go back for his birthday next month. I can’t wait.Vegetarian options: There’s enough for a vegetarian to choose. My daughter is a vegetarian and she had enough choices

Well, for me, the food was just okay. Now, in the past, the food was spectacular. I had not been here in a few years. Maybe I'll try again soon or not? ?‍♀️

The D'Raymond restaurant caters lunches at my office and the food is alwaysvery good so I was excited to try dinner at their restaurant on a snowy night in January. Overall, it was a disappointing evening. I had the rigatoni with vodka sauce and my wife had the chicken piccata. They take some liberties with the classic standards of each dish and the results were mixed. While the food quality was acceptable, the service was inexplicably slow, the dining room by the bar area was 50 degrees. Patrons near the entry door ate with their coats on. No apologies were made for the 25 minute wait (standing) despite reservations. No apologies were made for the server disappearing for 20 minutes at a time whether for more water, getting the check and bringing the check back. I expected so much more from this place, I was truly disappointed.

Food was great, in some dishes I wasn't a huge fan of the wine in the red sauce. But all of the dishes were well-prepared and the staff was super friendly.

I stopped into this restaurant this afternoon with a coworker as I was in the Albany area. I've never heard of this restaurant, but was so excited to find the quantity of reviews on yelp. When we rolled in, we found out that they won the war for the best Italian restaurant in all of Albany for 15 years in a row, can you believe that they beat the Olive Garden for this honor? I had the chicken Parm and it was tasty.

They offer bruchetta as a appetizer, save your money . It,s texas toast with two slices of tomatoes and melted provolone. What a embarrassment. Call the ripe tomato in malta and get a lesson on how to make bruchetta. Your bruchetta is a JOKE .

Went to dinner her for my birthday on 2 23 24 . When we arrived at 4.45 for our reservation at 5 they did not have us on the reservation list . The hostess did seat us but seamed annoyed. First the tables are barley big enough for two people and very close togather. You feel like you are having dinner with the people on either side of you . The waiter came and took our drink orders. When he returned with our drinks he took our dinner orders . We ordered the bruchetta for our appetizer and the need a lesson on how to make bruchetta . It was 4 slices of texas toast with two tomatoes and melted cheese . Wow so much talent with that one . Also our salads came out at the same time . The waiter had to remove our water glasses to fit everything on the table as they are so small . We were trying to enjoy our fast food appetizer and salad and don,t you know our dinners arrived within two minutes . No room for the dinners on the table so we had to give up our salads which we had not finished along with the so called bruchetta to make room for the dinners . My filet was good but my wife's chicken piccatta was grained and like leather . Needless to say we will not be back . If you go there , h. .ere are a couple of suggestions . 1 reconfirm your reservations . 2 ask to sit in a both that way you won,t have to have your dinner with the people on your right and left . 3 bring a flash light and magnifying glass to see the menue in ther as it is so dark and the print on the menue is so small. 4 other than that you might have a good meal . GOOD LUCK.⁰.

This place is a total sh*t show. Called the day before VDay to put in a small takeout dinner order for Valentine's Day. Hostess refused to take order and told me to call back on VDay after 3pm. Ok? I called back today, VDay, at 3:05pm. Was told by the same hostess from the previous day, "sorry but our takeout is full" Like what? "Oh yeah Mealeo sold us out" She was totally unapologetic, could have cared less, which, by the way, is par for the course for this place. If you're lucky enough to get through the unanswered phone, they act like they're doing you a favor. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Business here must be that good. Guess I'm confused as to how Mealeo can accept orders anytime, when the restaurant itself won't take orders until a specific time. Needless to say, I will not support this business going forward, nor recommend it. Many other fine Italian restaurants locally that offer superb food, with a side of excellent customer service.
