They never deliver our order they HAVE WENT down in service, and the phone line never works. I used to love this place but now they are a no go.

Placed an order for food from here on Tuesday evening March 30, 2021 through Seamless. Order on Seamless went through no problem. Went to go pick it up and when I got there the place was a ghost town, closed up, nobody there. I checked its hours here on Maps and they were listed as open. I have submitted a “temporarily closed” flag for Google Maps as I’m not sure if this was just a fluke or if they are permanently closed. I would recommend calling in your orders if you try to get something from here to make sure there will be someone there. When I got back home, Seamless sent me an email saying my order could not be completed. Would’ve been nice to know right away instead of 25 minutes after placing the order.

I use to love this place. Clearly, hygiene or Covid is not a concern. The guy managing the cashier and food prep wore his mask below his chin and had the audacity to prep food with no gloves on. I was going to ask for a return but they were already half way done with my food. The managers need to make some evening visits to see how the evening shift is representing this establishment. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic I would expect someone touching food to wear gloves.

This place is nice and spacious, the meals was delicious and the prices were very affordable. fast, effective service and very welcoming waiters. I highly recommend this place.

Got the Cali burger and bag of fries. Made it medium, just how I like it. Burger was nice and juicy and the veggies were fresh. Perfect for a late night meal or snack. Would definitely like to come back and try other menu items.

This spot is disappointing. Waffle fries were over cooked and very greasy. The Cali burger lacked seasoning. Overall wouldn't return back to this spot.

we ordered beyond burgers & several sides on grubhub (bag of fries, onion rings & chicken bites). they didn't have any beyond burgers despite them being listed on the app & told me that they never received any order for burgers. we were also given funnel fries instead of onion rings. the staff was very nice and the food we did receive was tasty and fresh but we were really disappointed with the order mistakes and cancelations.

Bandit is the right name. Complete rip off. Paid NYC prices for a Long Island fast food place. Prices on the menu are NOT the same as what I was charged. I wouldn't pay these pro in midtown!!!

I've given this place a go a couple of times, and I have to say I think it's just not worth the money. Terrible quality. Seriously overpriced. This place is HUGELY expensive, but most custom-branded restaurants are, so that's not my biggest problem. The main issue is the quality of the food. It's simply dreadful, and not at all worth the money that they charge. Now, i haven't had the chicken or fish from here - I typically order a 'build your own' burger with turkey or beef - but given my experience I am nottttt about to try them. The quality of the meat they serve is pretty appalling. And they cook it in the most horrendous amount of oil. Truly, it's DRENCHED in the stuff. You could get away with it in a beef burger if the meat cut is especially high fat. But turkey? I'm no chef but I do know turkey doesn't ooze fat drippings. As far as the quality of the meat goes, I can sometimes let gristly bits slide in a beef burger because fat content and gristle can vary depending on the cuts used in the patty, but in a turkey burger?? Mine was full of those nausea-inducing 'crunches' we all hate to encounter when eating meat. It was gross. It felt like wherever they sourced the meat from just chucked the whole bird in the grinder and said 'this'll do'. Apologies for the image. And the salt. Holy moley the food is SO SALTY. I woke up feeling like I'd chugged a bottle of The Dead Sea. And then the food hangover the next morning. We all know the feeling the day after some especially cheap and greasy food - it's like our bodies are trying to sweat the stuff out. Well that is exactly how I have felt every time I've eaten Burger Bandit food. Except it was anything but cheap. If management happens to read this review, please please PLEASE contact your superiors and discuss your meat sourcing. Your food is suffering because of the poor quality, and so is the way your customers feel when eating it. You are losing them, and this Yelp page is all the evidence you need. Reason for the 2 stars? The sweet potato fries were pretty good. Sadly - Not good enough to convince me to come back.

The menu and service were ahead of my expectations. We truly enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant. Extraordinary place to take my family out for dinner.

I don't understand how places like this stay running. The burgers are bad. Just not good. The patties have no flavor, am I eating beef or... Their sauces have NO depth. I ordered a mushroom truffle Swiss burger on Texas toast and I did not taste any of those ingredients there. The Texas toast was just toast. The caramelized onions didn't even taste like caramelized onions which is impressive, how do you even mess that up. I added garlic aioli to mine and it was just strange watery mayo. My boyfriend got an equally disappointing big Cali burger. Avocado what? No. It's just mayo. I really really don't understand how a burger experience could be so bad. I think the fact that they think they're doing something makes it worse. I have never not finished a burger and took only a few bites of this one. It was just so bad, remembering it is making me sad. I can't believe we paid $11 each for such trash. Literally any other burger from any other place anywhere is a better bet. Guys. It was just so bad.

When I went to go pick it up at 9:20pm they said they were closed and never received any Grubhub orders. And they were pretty rude about it. Thankfully I got a refund from Grubhub but this was a waste of my time
