Delicious as always, my favorite is the melt down burger and the katsu balls. Hands down the cheapest price for good quality food you can find in the area. Will always support this small business.
Legit came for lunch and had to wait 30min for this. It’s not even a full piece of chicken breast. I wont come

Never really thought to grab a burger in a Japanese restaurant but I'm glad I did. The burgers here are fantastic and unique because they served on a rice bun. Don't let that deter you because it is really really good.

I came here for takeout. I got the chicken and filet mignon, rice, broccoli, eggplant, and onions. It was okay. I also got an order of chicken and fries for a friend. For both meals, the meat was not flavorful enough. You taste some seasoning on the outside part, but when you chew into it, not well seasoned. The teriyaki sauce on the side helped. Service was great, front staff was nice. It's a takeout place, appeared clean. I hope they see this review as constructive, because the place has potential, the food is not terrible, just more love needs to be added during the seasoning process. I've eaten at their restaurant location before and it was excellent!

The food was flavorful but here’s why they lose a few stars with my first experience. The food finishing guy (the chef hands him the food to finish saucin / wrapping etc had no gloves on, band aids, and licked his finger, he was alsoMessing around with other employees while customers were inside. The burger tasted great I was just let down because the rice Pattie’s instantly fell apart and it was a sloppy mess. The pork gyoza was mediocre, and the spicy soy wings were very good. Overall I’llGive the place another try but hoping for more sanitary experience.

Our food was cooked fresh to order from their very clean kitchen. The burger came in a neat wrap that kept my hands clean. Having rice as a “bun” was a new experience for me and I throughly enjoyed and it’s gluten free. I also had the Bar Fried chicken and they were crunchy, juicy and tender. I will definitely be back.

Had the steak bowl and tried all 3 sauces -loved the Japanese mustard sauce Best. Hubby had the melt down burger and bar chicken w waffle fries; teen daughter the steak and wild caught shrimp rice combo. All were packaged in earth friendly containers and wooden utensils and delicious. Great lunch/take out.
Inatome's Hibachi Bachi is a delightful mouthful to say and it's burgers are equally so to eat. We enjoyed omakase at Inatome in Valley Stream Friday night while visiting family. Our sushi chef recommended Hibachi Bachi, owned by the same man who owns Inatome. For anyone living a Gluten free lifestyle this restaurant offers a delicious, unique burger experience that is a great go to. The burger is constructed using 100% beef, no fillers or add-ins, just Janowski's pure beef, an intriguing "bun" made with rice and tamari sauce that is grilled to crispy deliciousness and comes with or without cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce and sauce choices like Teri butter, katsu or spicy Mayo. Fried egg can be added for a nominal fee. I had the Meltdown Cheeze Hamburger with onion, tomato, lettuce with the Teri butter sauce. My husband had the hamburger with onion, tomato, lettuce and spicy Mayo. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's such a cute place, the owner is so friendly and the burger was really tasty.

The food was great, the hostess was very nice, and the place was easy to find just not too much parking.
2nd time ordering from the Lunch menu on-line , was not disappointed either time. Arrived a little after the scheduled pickup time . Food was hot when I picked it up and was hot when I arrived home.
