I visited this place on a Friday afternoon, a little pricey but at least the food is GOOD and the place has a cute setup. The front of the house staff was unprofessional. The person at the register was on their phone the whole time I was ordering and paying at a point I had to beg for his attention to pay for my order. The chef was amazing and very attentive he assisted wayyyyy more than the staff at the register. I would order again because the food was very good but I recommend calling in your order in advance to avoid the front house staff.

I wish all my orders was like my first order OMG!! The velvet waffles and chicken strips was my absolute fav! The strips started coming dry and the waffles too then the fried Oreos, amazing my first order that is but after that goopy soggy cookies just mush. I would've been loyal if they kept that first order energy. After about 7/8 more tries I'm good.

Yes, it's freezing in the establishment the two times I've been there. When you walk in there is no one to greet you. You can hear the staff talking in the back. Not the most attentive staff. The lady at the front is very nice when she comes from the back though. Yes, the food takes forever haha, but has been great both times.

Didn't even get to eat here but wow what a weird unpleasant experience from my initial phone call to confirm the closing time to me walking in to a COLD, EMPTY restaurant. First off, the girl on the phone had an attitude, like I was bothering her on her personal phone lmao! Then when we get there, it was soooo cold inside, empty except for one guy waiting at the counter - and I asked him if he was waiting for long he said a few minutes but nobody came out to greet him yet smh... I waited about one minute, called out a nice loud HELLLLO, and still, not a peep from the other side. There's too many other restaurants in the area to choose from. Also a little bit of advice the owner/manager... don't make it hard for people to spend money lmao like why would you let your staff just run your place like this? Such a shame.

This place is awful. The staff here does not know what they are doing. The counter girl makes it appear that she is doing you a favor by serving you and taking an order. They couldn't make something the way needed because of dietary restriction and would give you a substitution without a quote"upcharge of $2." When got to sit down to eat the fries were burnt, the quote Chilli nachos had nothing of what the menu said was on them. And the best was when calling to state the issue they stated that we were bothering them. If I didn't have to give 1 star to put in a review they wouldn't have gotten that one. Returned the food. Disservice calling this a restaurant and the employees qouldnt even last working in the kitchen at Rikers Island. Sorry Rikers. DONT GO AND WASTE MONEY.

DO NOT GO HERE!! this restaurant takes a ridiculously long amount of time to prepare their simplistic food. we only ordered two burgers, a hotdog and fries and they took about 40 minutes to prepare our food. they even forget almost all the ingredients on my burger. it was supposed to have cheese, lettuce, mushrooms, tomato, avocado, and a pretzel bun. it was called the vegan artisan on their menu. they forgot half the ingredients and the bun. and when they were confronted about most of the toppings not being being there we were told they didn’t have them... AFTER THE FACT THAT WE GOT OUR FOOD.

This review is Longggg Overdue. I first went to this restaurant early this year.and the customer service was so good!!! I had a great conversation with the guy at taking my order (I forgot his name). very friendly and inviting staff. Now I order from uber eats and although the food may take some time because everything is made to order. The food is bussing!! its sooo good. Nothing ever disappoints. Its the type of comfort food that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered a cheesesteak what i received was a 4lb brown box w waffle fries and a Diet Coke The massive sandwich was a mess that fell apart it, I had to eat with a fork, it was greasy and overload with meat with little peppers and onions Overloaded sandwich is great if it had flavor, as said the bland hard roll fell apart and it was a complete mess I tried my best but wound up throwing it away as it was not worthy of eating This place at a called the Artisan you have some of the beat bread makers in the country 45 minutes away find one and make a deal. Was so looking forward this my first time but when my Diet Coke had more flavor than the food it's time to make some changes On a good note it's was only $12.50 so if not critical then this place is a deal

Oh man this place hyped me up and then let me down but maybe third time will be a charm? I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich both times. First time was late night on a weekend, delivery, and the sandwich was AMAZING. Chicken moist and crispy, just the perfect amount of sauce for flavor and right portions of toppings. Second time around a complete 180. Ordered mid afternoon during a weekday and the chicken was dry and boot-like? Went overboard with the sauce which made the bread soggy and ingredients were all messy. What happened?
Wow! My first time eating at this place last week and I was back for more today. Amazing food; I had the Hawaiian burger with sweet potatoes fries and a side of cheese wiz, my friend had the traditional shrimp cheese steaks. I’m not even the type to finish my meal in one sitting, but i devoured that burger. Definitely coming back again.

We were just craving for lobster roll. I decided to take the family to the Artisan for lunch. It wasn’t crowded during that time, the young lady behind the counter was extremely efficient, the service was very fast. GREAT LOBSTER ROLL!!!
