I put in a DoorDash order for two salads and was not able to out an ingredient on the app so I called to see if they can add it. The person who took my call had to check with the manager and he tells me it will be $1.00 per salad. Really ok and had to give my credit card information. As a business owner i would have not done that but its ok because i will never order from this place EVER!!! Oh FYI I have a BIG following. Best of luck!!!!

I'm not sure what that yellow "seasoning" is that they use on the rice as a standard. I can't even pick out the ingredients, but whatever it is, it is DISGUSTING. I ordered a brown rice bowl, please just give me brown rice. What is that nasty yellow colored oil you are putting on the rice? It tastes like vinegar or something strange. It's awful. I ordered take out and threw the food away. Inedible with that rice. If you are ordering, please remember to tell them to not do that and give you plain rice. Service is fine for what it is, no complaints, but those rice bowls. Awful!

We stopped by Bliss for lunch after going apple picking nearby and found the food to be bland and mediocre and the service to be subpar.After spending hours outdoors beforehand we were expecting to be able to use the restroom at lunch but were told they did not have a restroom available and that we should try asking a laundromat down the street. NY law states that restaurants with more than 20 seats available, which this place did, are requires to have a restroom.We ordered a variety of burgers and sandwiches with sides of fries and found the food to be lacking in salt. The burger buns were also hard bread and disproportionally large compared to the burger patty itself. The grilled chicken wrap was a couple pieces of bland chicken and tortilla. A fast food chain burger could beat anything we had here.Overall would not recommend and will find a different restaurant in the area next time.

I don't understand how come this place doesn't have restrooms for the customers!!! We made s special trip to have dinner with my family here. We walked in the place to pick a table, and my granddaughter needed to use the restrooms and when we asked for it they denied us the restrooms. Very disappointed! I will never come back again to give business to them. On the top of it they parking area is not convenient!

Burgers and shakes are great for the price. Taxi Driver and Nacho burgers are my go to. Pretty full all the time so I just get take out for the most part. Love this place.

Great prices, good tasting and creative variety of burgers, salads, wraps, fries, milkshakes and more. Great spin on old school American diner. Not necessarily for the healthy inclined, even though there are a couple of options. I consider a must try. They have a burger for everyone’s taste buds.The only reason they didn’t get a 5 is that both times I went there, I asked for my burger to be medium, but both times it was pretty much well done for me and entire family. I’m wondering why they ask. Also, burger quality is good, not great, but it’s expected based on price. With that said, the taste was good and the creativity of the menu selection makes it a worthwhile affordably fun spot for burgers, fries and milkshake. Take out is also an option I’ve tried and is fine.If you’re looking for some fun options, go with the Marques Burger, either Buffalo or jalapeño fries and a snickers milkshake.

We had to scarf down our food so that we wouldn't be late getting back to work. The indoor tables are very close together, so a loud and boisterous group of teenagers next to us also distracted from our meal (and they got their food before we got ours, even though we arrived more than 10 minutes before they did). The food itself was good, but nothing special.

Great food. From amazing comfort choices to healthier options Bliss has a well rounded menu. The staff are kind and serve you promptly. It's a bit small with only 4 booths and some hi top tables and stools. Bliss satisfies any craving. I almost forgot to mention the delicious milkshakes. Yum!!!!

Had a really good sandwich (avocado melt) and shake, shake came after the sandwich when they really were not busy at all, said they forgot, was a really good shake though. I had just come of the bike trail and my hands were dirty from my bike chain, there was not bathroom I could use to wash my hands but after I protested they let me use their sink. They need to get a bathroom for customers, don't see how you can operate without one. If not for that would be a great place to stop for lunch.

Amazing customer service by Chaz. He knew exactly what we needed before we even asked for it. Was so accommodating and friendly. Treated us more like friends than customers, which made our day!!!!!!

Very “first responder” unfriendly establishment. During the fireman's parade last night, they refused to allow even the female firefighters to use their bathroom, even with purchase. Were rude about it as well. Even the other patrons there took notice. Laundromat next door was much cleaner, and more respectful.
