I ordered a ton of food through ubereats. The DoriEsquites was my favorite. The flavors were balanced and not too overpowering. Delicious food and portions for decent price.New favorite.Vegetarian options: I had plenty of options as a vegetarian. 10/10

Just three words RACIST RACIST RACISTWe went there my friend and me they told us they going to close so they can’t sell nothing to us. So we went back to the car and one minute later two Spanish people went there and they sell them so we went back to understand why they refused to sell us ice cream and they we’re lying..they said they didn’t get what we were talking about.honestly it was very traumatized for my friend ?♀️?

I agree with the previous reviewer. I went in with my two kids in there because Ralph’s was packed and they did not wanted to wait. As soon a I entered I saw the women that work there talking under their breath in Spanish which I think is very rude, when we asked what sizes I team they have, she just look at me with a smirky smile, too bad for them because I speak Spanish and I don’t look Spanish at all. Treat all your customers equally. The service was not good because they kept talking under their breath even when we were eating out bad taste ice cream.Please don’t go there. Ralph’s is infinitely better and the girls at Ralph’s are nice and polite.Ok Paleteria I guess is for their own crowd, if you know what I mean.
Heard wonderful things about the quality of ice cream, but very poorly managed. Walked in to people mulling about all over the place, went to what I thought was the back of the line, asked a staff member if there was in fact one line, and received a clown like chortle in reply. Asked someone else on staff and they stared at me blankly. Walked out. Will take my business elsewhere.

The quality of their products are good, the main problem is the store environment, it's summer and the street is cooler than the store, they don't have air conditioning.

Won’t go back.. I am or was a regular but not after today. I love their products but have encountered poor customer service previously and today was the last straw. I walked in with one girl working behind the customer taking care of a customer, one customer waiting and I would’ve been after. Two separate customers walk in after me. The girl working kept calling for help. About 7 minutes another girl walks out with an attitude asks who was next but does not wait for a reply and starts taking the order of the LAST customer to walk in. The customer in front of me mentions this to her and girl walks over and takes her order with an attitude. When she was done the customer mentions that I was after and she STILL went back to take care of the girls that were the last to walk in. I walked out after that.

I wish I had tried this spot sooner! Got the mango (water based) and it wasn't too sweet which was great. For $2.75 you can't beat that.
