I NEVER write bad reviews but the to-go service here is unacceptable. Not once, but twice was my order wrong and did not realize until I was home. I had to drive back on two separate occasions and get my correct order. The first time it happened, the manager said he would credit my order. Never happened. The second time it happened the owner basically shrugged me off. Clearly they do not care about customer service. Will not be returning.

Joined a crowd of friends during Happy Hour to celebrate a birthday. Brandon's service is exemplary, he goes above and beyond! I tried the Hangover burger offered at a 25% discount during Happy Hour. Made with Wagyu beef and a fried egg, (and other stuff) it was really tasty. I don't usually eat much or any of the bun, but I use it to handle the burger. This time I had to take it off because they put the caramelized onions on the bun bottom which made it all soggy. Still delicious! They also have a very impressive selection of beer and specialty cocktails!

We have been going there once a month for a few years now, so they must be doing something right. Always a good time with good food and service.

My first visit to Sedona tap house last night. I went with a group of friends. I am a vegetarian and scanned the menu before going. Hardly any vegetarian options are offered. I settled for the Beet and goat cheese salad. It consisted mainly of greens with a very, very limited amount of beets, NOpecans and about 4 smallpieces of goat cheese! A huge disappointment!!!! Can’t see myself returning. We had decent service, the place is nicely decorated - but it fell far short for me and left a subpar impression on my first and most likely last visit.

This place is great for any occasion. I love the food. Good portion. Great price not to cheap not to expensive. Great service. So many beer options even if you don’t drink beer this place will make you try some. . Great atmosphere and layout. Not to many tv.’s But I guess shouldn’t watch tv when eating. I go to Sedona. At least. 5-10 times a year. All locations are good. They don’t water down what Sedona blue print looks like for restaurant to another

Okay, so my mistake going on a Saturday night. That said, there’s busy and there’s busy with a weak staff. Serena Tap House in Mamaroneck is the latter. There was about 25 minute wait so my wife and I had a seat at the bar. The bartender greeted us quickly with menus and took an appetizer order. Unfortunately, this was the last communication we’d have with him-we never saw him again. The bruschetta was excellent but made me kind of thirsty, if only I was in a place where I could get a cold drink. Oh, wait a minute I am, but no one ever offered. Just as well, our table was ready. Another eternity goes by before a server finally comes over and takes our order. You guessed it, pretty much didn’t see her again either after she brought us two glasses of water, which were never refilled at any time during our meal. And last but not least, could this place come through in the end with at least a pleasant “thank you” on our way out the door? Nope. Despite three employees standing at the host stand, not a word from any of them. I worked in the restaurant business as a server for 25 years, no lie. I can easily forgive a server who’s simply slammed-been there done that. But this was top to bottom bad.
