Ordered food a couple days ago and it gave me and my dad food poisoning. We have a local business in mamaroneck so we frequent many of the restaurants. This is the first time this has happened. We got different things on the menu so something had to be contaminated

Tried to order online, site didn't work. Called and the number was a fax. Went there and door was locked...all this while they were supposed to be open according to the hours posted. Went elsewhere and will not return. They should close and allow a better managed business to open in their place.

Food was good- depends on the way you make your sandwich and mine always comes out yummy. Service however was not great at all. I was on line, I told the women my order, and she put my bread into the oven and disappeared. For the next 15 minutes I watched the other servers take & COMPLETE people behind me's order, however my order had just disappeared into thin air. After about 15 minutes standing on line and watching and waiting, I asked them what happened to my order, and they proceeded to call the same women who took my order to make it again. After putting my bread into the oven, she left the entire counter to go tend to a child running around the store. so she came back and i had to repeat mt order once again because she either lost it or forgot to even start it? Anyways, wasn't the best subway experience. Usually subways are my go to fast food because i just love their subs!!

Ordered online throught the app, but didn't recieve the order, which was worth $22.90, on the app it said at first that my order was somehow cancelled, then later it said that it was delivered, but never recieved it. It says on the FAQ that I should call the store in case something like this happens and so I did, an some rude Indian guy picked it up, and didn't even try to help. And because of that I just lost 22.90 dollars.

Highly arrogant and rude staff. We lost our $22.09 we ordered 3 footlong sandwiches via Subway App. After an hour the app said our order was cancelled later it said it has been delivered !!! But We NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD !!! When we called the store mention near by from whom we ordered the guy was very rude and did not help at all!!!

Nope... Was supposed to open at 10am(the site and front door say the same time), but the door was locked. The worker wasn't trying to come to the door to tell me when it was going to open and acted like I wasn't there. I had to knock and ask when the store will open. The man from the store sandwich making station told me 10mins. I asked him to put up the amount of fingers to represent the mins. because I could hear him... I just left.
