“Simply Crepes in Canandaigua was outstanding! I ordered shrimp and grits and asked for the shrimp to be substituted for chicken, which was welcomed by the chef. The service was amazing and the chicken was divine! If you're in the area or not, this is a must try restaurant!”

“Absolutely incredible. The restaurant was very busy when we went but it didn’t affect our service or food. The food was delicious and very cheap. Our server Leena was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and funny. She also was very attentive even though the restaurant was slammed. Our food took maybe 10 minutes at the most for it to be cooked. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and I will for sure be back.”

They really are an asset to the community, but would travel a fair bit to experience this real deal. Other Mexican places in the area and we love them too, but Eli reminds me of being on vacation in Mexico and grabbing a meal on the corner. So good.”

“I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this! Local Palate is an amazing, elevated café nestled along other local places on the main drag in Phelps. A short drive from Rochester and totally worth it! Flavors were well- layered and beyond basic. The brunch offerings were surprising and satisfying. Highly recommend!”

“This is hands down my favorite ice cream place, and I've been to sooooo many! The service is friendly and efficient, the prices are shockingly low, and the ice cream is absolutely delicious! Tonight they even gave me their last copy of an eclipse poster because I complimented the copy they had on the wall. Such a wonderful place to visit again and again.”

“Very friendly staff and a beautiful location with a decent amount of seating to eat in. The pizza was great, crust is the perfect thickness and good sauce and the right amount of it as well. Love that they have cupped char pepperoni on the menu and it is phenomenal. Wings were a nice surprise at a good price and they're not tiny either. The buffalo sauce runs a bit on the hotter side FYI.”

“This place is amazing! We went here for a New Years Eve late dinner, no reservations. We waited forcless than 10 minutes for a table. We had an amazing dinner and left with desserts to go. We are totally coming back here again!”

“Best pizza place in Canandaigua and the majority of surrounding areas. If you're looking for that thin, crispy, foldable NY style pizza this is the place to go. The food is always good and the staff is as well. They greet you as soon as you walk in and make sure that even if you're just grabbing some slices that it's going to be hot and delicious.”

“Cool place, very modern atmosphere. January was"stout month" so we missed that; I guess they had 4-5 different ones thru the month. They've got 12 taps, 3 dark beers but primarily had IPA & sour's this trip; only one pale ale, no lagersor other ale varieties this time. My favorite was their "Wild Turkey 2009 single barrel bourbon barrel aged 2023 American imperial stout." A nice, thick stout with great flavors. Lots of bourbon with vanilla, chocolate, a touch of coffee & just the right hint of sweetness.”

Grind-On has a great selection of healthy food options…soups, sandwiches, wraps, gluten-free items, fresh fruit, and a top -notch bakery. The place is charming with a jazzy vibe, and super-duper clean (which seems to be a problem in so many other eateries). HIGHLY recommend.Vegetarian options: Most items are not vegetarian but they always offer a some vegetarian food, desserts, and a soup option.Parking: Usually lots of parking on both sides of the street out front, and there is a public parking lot in the back.Kid-friendliness: There is a little area where kids can color and play.”

“We frequent wallys for burgers. Tonight we decided on wings. My man in the kitchen (who apparently also works at the green front) went above and beyond. He got us drinks and checked us out when the bartender was tending to other patrons. It was a very good experience for wanting to have drinks and get food but also get out quickly. Super pleased.”

“I went with a friend and we both got the fish fry and I got a bowl of clam chowder. The clam chowder was delicious! Creamy, nice taste and the most clams I've had in clam chowder in a while. The waitress was very nice and cordial and was timely. I definitely will go here again to try other meals.”

“This is a little different for me I tried this place and got a sausage with peppers and onions with provolone and mayo sub and it wasn't a patty or link the sausage was crumbles and it actually made it more better. I also tried the chicken wings and I couldn't believe I got all flats which are my absolute favorite and they were better than most places I have tried.”
